We were a group of 3 friends staying at Chantals riad. First of all I would like to thank you again to the owner Chantal for being so lovely and nice with us. On the first days we were the only guests in the riad, getting more then 100% attention. She helped us with a guide for our trips, with tips and tricks to visit and enjoy Marrakech, even recommending us some restaurants to have dinner.(if you stay there I would recommend you to ask for all this information because all of the places were tiptop, and would definitely repeat with the next visit). The breakfast is very good, in Moroccan style, the rooftop terrace offers a nice atmosphere and sunny moments for all those who would like to have some more relaxed and quiet moments in the middle of the medina.
In the same time it is mentionable, that it is not recommended for those whom are searching for luxury, the beds are not the most comfortable, but as price quality I would never complain.
The 5stars are given because of the beautiful experience that the manager Chantal offered us. We are sure that we will return for our next visit in Marrakech. Merci!
Thank Orsy S

Don't book a taxi with this place, when I did they came an hour late. Also the room are alright for the money's worth but it is dusty and a little dirty. Also if you like a lot of space or maybe a little more space to do things this place is quite cramped. But the roof bit of it is quite nice.

I was shocked at the condition of the riad: unswept floors, buckling shower walls, laundry on the table in the breakfast area, banana flower resin dripping on the floor and chairs. The manager was unaware of our arrival because he said he never reads the e-mail to the raid.
Thank aearly

The staff made me feel really welcome - organising hammams, taking care of laundry, giving directions and showing me places to eat. The bed was really comfy and the room was spotlessly cleaned (and tidied!) every day. The breakfasts are fantastic - an absolute feast! The rooftop terrace is stunning and a wonderful place to relax.

The internet's a bit hit and miss at times - it's difficult view videos, but who's really gonna sit in their bedroom watching Netflix when they're in Marrakech? The air conditioning is inefficient on the top floor, so if that's a problem for you (it wasn't for me) ask for a lower floor. The biggest problem was the manger, who really creeped me out by being over-friendly, kissing up my neck when I was unlocking the door, for example, despite my telling him that this was unacceptable behaviour. He also constantly tries to sell over-priced trips: go with other agencies on the main streets. Beware single women!

Great location - in the middle of the medina, yet just off a quieter street. The only noise we heard actually came from the riad staff who engaged in conversations in the inner patio (where all bedroom windows are facing) - somedays starting at 7am, waking us up...
The employee who greeted us was perfect: served us some moroccan tea while we took care of our check in forms and gave us quite a lot of tips. Breakfast is OK. The bedroom itself was good but the bed wasn't comfortable, V shaped.
Beware there's a slight sewage smell - the group was in 3 different bedrooms and they all had it.

Welcome to Marrakech, red city located in the heart of Morocco, 200 km from the sea and the door of the desert.Read our Riad in a typical. It is located in the center of the Medina and 10 minutes from the Jemaa More el Fna square and 5 minutes of a point car and taxi. Less
