We arrived late at night about 11pm on the 3rd September our flight had been delayed. We were given no instructions about the hotel from the reception staff . The bar stayed open to allow us to have drinks and we then used the nightclub afterwards. I must admit we did have a good night there and the all inclusive... More

I visited the Royal Decamron Issil with my wife and 2 children, We arrived close to midnight on the 27th of August and stayed for 9 nights. The grounds are stunning, covered in olive, lemon, orange and pomegranate trees as well as lots of date palms. The pool was clean, the food was great and the desserts were very nice.... More

Arrived at this hotel by the transfer from the airport. First the driver tried to drop us of at the wrong hotel. Got to the Decameron greeted by angry staff that had not been paid for at least two months they told me. The driver got out and immediately got back in he was scared by the protestors. I got... I arrived here yesterday while staff were rioting and chanting because they still have not been paid, yet the hotel is still taking bookings. When we arrived about 30-40 people were chanting and just stared at us which was a but unnerving. Would strongly advise not to come

Just arrived at the hotel only to be turned away upon check in which had been booked for at least 3 months prior. Staff chanting at us & made us feel very awkward & unsafe. Do not come here even if your tour operator says it's safe.

We travelled to Decameron Issil slightly apprehensive from the previous comments, but we found everything in working order. Good variety of food, clean swimming pools and a short drive to The Square. Only down side is that the resort is in away middle of no where. There's no such thing as a nearby shop for cigarettes or soft drinks for... More

Well all I can say is we turned up at gate and saw protesters...went into the grounds and it was deserted....walked into reception to be welcomed by about a dozen guests, one remaining staff member on reception and the place abandoned. In all it seems the staff hadn't been paid in months and walked the day before, the restaurant and... More

Staff have not been paid for over two months. So today, they have decided to Riot and loot and strike! They are singing, dancing and chanting in the hotel reception... I am so upset for the staff. I totally understand why they are doing it... But... It's ruined our holiday. We've saved up to come to this! And it's frightening..... More

After reading reviews I was very apprehensive about going here but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted with a cocktail and the staff were very friendly and had reasonable English. Our room was OK but had no view and the air on was poor so we asked at reception if we could have a better... More
