Overcomed the reservation issue (due to the past owner), we found the ideal place in Marrakech. The location is perfect (few minutes walking from the main square), but the real plus is the extreme kindness of the staff and in particular of Cyril. He welcomed and helped us a lot! Top! Thanks a lot to Riad Ain staff!!

We are a family of four and spent 3 nights in this pretty Riad that is located at the edge of the medina. It is down a small alley that always had the neighbours children playing and consequently had a lovely safe feel about it. The location in general was very quite and welcome after a day in the souks!...

Beautiful place owned by French speaking (only), Jean-Pierre and his wife. They are fantastic at catering to your every need. Gave very good directions to the souk, set up any tours we wished and were such a delight for the 5 days we spent with them.

Although Jean Pierre the owner did not speak a word of english he made great effort to make us feel at home and ensured we were always up in time for any planned activities. I had booked four nights at this hotel. I and my three young children under the age of four had to wait for three hours for our rooms to be cleaned as they were not ready. I had requested a cot which was not in the room. I was also expecting to see a kitchenette and a bbq area in...

Terrible service from the acting manager Adnan. We had a group booking for 4 rooms but he kicked us out on to the street without any alternative accommodation just because we asked for hot water to be available in the bathrooms. I suspect he doesn't care about service when the owner is not in residence.

“All the rooms are lovely but we did observe many did not have a room or the room they expected, the owners suggest booking direct to ensure a secure room, so while it is a wonderful place and a good find package holiday makers may find no room at the inn??”
