Stayed at the raid for few days and it was a pleasant experience. We arrived quite early and our room was made ready in few minutes while we were serviced a complimentary Moroccan tea. The lady at reception gave us detailed information about Morocco and places to visit. The raid, location, staff, cleanliness was good.

I visited Marrakech in October 16 with my partner for his birthday! We stayed here for 3nights four days in a 'junior suite' Our room wasn't ready upon arrival which was fine as we was given complementary morrocan tea which was lovely! We then decided to go to the riad's restaurant for lunch- food wasnt great, we gave it a... More

Lovely, serene hotel in a beautiful building. Rooms are large, clean and very beautifully decorated. The breakfast is good and very substantial. The main hotel entrance opens to a quieter street leading to the main square with shops and small, but good restaurants. Or you can opt to shop and eat in the main square which is hectic, busy -... This Riad, located a minute's walk from the main square, is absolutely beautiful. From the entrance to the restaurant to the rooms it is visually stunning. We stayed for two nights to explore the city and it was an ideal base for that. What let the Riad down was the staff. Despite arranging a transfer (which they suggested when we... More

Came here for a meal with the family, had visited a few other restaurants and was hoping this would taste as authentic as those. We were disappointed, the food was okay nothing fantastic, the service was slow and the waiter seemed to have a short memory span. The meat was soft but not flavoursome, the vegetarian dish was bland and... More

The Riad is truly a lovely Moroccan building which has been decorated with great attention to detail. It was very clean and very private with plenty areas throughout the RIad where couples could meet up. The hotel is a'Dry' one, no alcohol is sold on the premises not even in the little restaurant attached to the property. However there was... More

The location of the Riad is the best closeto the Jamma El Fna square and most of the historical places nearby you do not need to do a lot of walking. TheRyad decor is beautiful and historical, the breakfast service was excellent with good choice, rooms clean and comfortable with satelite TV, good linens and quiet at the night a... More

Two of us girls stayed here for 6 nights. Excellent stay, central location for excursions. Meeting point is literally outside the hotel. Jamal El Fina (2 min walking distance away). We also walked to other attractions (15 to 20 mins). Our room was air conditioned and clean. We highly recommend this Riad. Especially Katie at reception who was very helpful... More

Not a bad word to say. Stayed in standard double room which was beautiful, comfortable and had all amenities website stated and all we needed. Riad is just beautiful, pictures don't even do it justice. Literally 2 minutes from main square and souks, restaurant was just fantastic also. Very helpful staff. All service was top notch.
