Hotel is a nice location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surrounding views of the landscape are very scenic. Getting to the city is easy - takes around 20mins by taxi or can get shuttle bus (which we didn’t use, but heard is a cheaper option). Taxi cost 150 dirhams each way. There is an ATM machine in the reception if you are low in cash. The room was very nice and well maintained by the maid staff. Spacious bathroom and good balcony. Aircon worked well. Doesn’t come with a kettle but you can ask reception for one. Food was tasty, good selection of the local cuisine, I particularly enjoyed the chicken/beef tagines. Good selection of desserts and drinks. Large bottles of water were always available. The buffet food did become quite repetitive so we went out into the city a few nights to have dinner. Entertainment team were great. Very enthusiastic and friendly. They host fun activities everyday around the pool such as water polo, dancing, darts and more… Evening entertainment was enjoyable, however they mainly spoke in French but no surprise as it is a French speaking country. The pool area is nice and spacious, lots of sun beds available and drinks available at the bar. I found the pool to be quite cold, but it’s ok once you’re in. The poolside cubicle toilets are very dark so make sure to bring your phone as a torch. The gym I have to admit is not the best. It does need a bit of TLC. There were dumbbells and barbells which were good, but the other equipment were old and run down. Some of the plates did not fit correctly to the barbells. On the plus side though, the gym did have Aircon. Wi-Fi can be temperamental in some areas, best signal is in and around the reception area. Might be worth buying a SIM card (we bought ours from the airport). Handy if you are going into the city or on excursions. For excursions I would highly recommend the guided city tour and Ozound Waterfall trip. You can book trips through Getyourguide app or through the hotel. Overall I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone to stay here who is looking for a relaxed and cheap budget holiday.

After reading the reviews before travelling I was a bit apprehensive however I needn’t have been. The hotel is a great find, set in lovely grounds about 20 mins from the city centre and great value for money. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room for 3 was made up of 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom all of which were very clean with lots of space. We were able to get a kettle, cups etc from the restaurant on arrival. The food was normal AI buffet style, fresh and plenty of choice. The snack bar did a nice lunch service and the pool bar staff were really friendly. Clean towels by the pool every day and plenty of sunbeds - be warned the pool was cold BUT it is only April! Taxis to the city are easily available and very reasonable. Overall we had a great week and I would recommend this hotel

We had a great time, the room was lovely and spacious, staff welcoming and reception staff all pleasant. The previous reviews are disappointing as no where near accurate , if people are looking for exceptional 5 stars they should put there hands in there pockets and pay for it rather than moan about a good budget hotel!!!!! The food has been good on the whole although repetitive but that is to be expected at an all inclusive hotel. Good location to be outside the main city centre for the peace and easy and cheap to get into the main town 15/20mins Pool towels where easy to get and always bottle of waters to get through day/night. The pool bar staff were lovely! Overall I would recommend this hotel

I was really worried when I read some of the negative reviews of this hotel after I booked my all inclusive, 5 night stay with my partner and kids. I was pleasantly content with the hotel. It’s not the most modern but I thought the hotel grounds and facilities were good. The staff were friendly for the most part and the food was good and varied. I think the hotel is ideal for people wanting to stay on the hotel grounds most of their trip (that wasn’t us though and we were out every single day which ended up being quite expensive). I have two negatives. 1. Is the location - It’s a little out of the way, between 20-30mins drive away from the centre of Marrakesh. And if you really want to see the culture you need to go out and explore. There is a shuttle bus for guests which works out to about €3 per person one way which is the cheapest option to leave the hotel. 2. Though the rooms were spacious, when we checked-in there were cobwebs on the ceiling and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would usually expect or like - it felt as though the room needed a quick turnaround so was cleaned over quickly. Otherwise generally quite clean (though not to my standard which is probably quite high when it comes to cleaning). TIPS: book your seats on the shuttle bus in advance (this secures your outbound and inbound places). Get to know the activities schedule so you can take advantage of what’s on at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel but probably wouldn’t be my first choice if my budget was slightly bigger.

Not what we expected!! Very tired hotel that is in desperate need of upgrading. On arrival, reception staff seemed annoyed that we had interrupted them from talking on their phones - not a good start. For first 24 hours had next to no water pressure or hot water for a shower in room. Restaurant food ok but cutlery in 'get rid of it now' condition - at least 50% damaged. Difficult to get clean towels each day - another small thing that makes a big difference to your stay. Against these and other disappointments, most staff excellent - especially the Animation Team that worked tirelessly to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Overall, look elsewhere in Marrakesh as the positive points simply to not make up for the negatives. I would also like to add that this is the first time we have felt compelled to leave a negative review in over 20 years of extensive travelling so was not done lightly..

Stayed here for 4 nights with my daughters to celebrate a special birthday . Was very apprehensive having read some of the reviews but we loved it. The hotel is about 25 minutes from the centre of Marrakech, set in beautiful gardens with views of the mountains. A regular shuttle bus runs hourly into town at a cost of 10 euros return ( be sure to note where it drops you off - it isn’t easy to find!) The rooms are extremely spacious with decent bathrooms. I had a problem with my shower and they sent someone to fix it whist we were at dinner. The towels are definitely in need of replacement, very tired and very small! The pools are well maintained if a bit chilly with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Loungers are new but very hard, they really need mattresses. We found the food to be excellent, lots of delicious tagines, freshly cooked fish and lots of vegetables and salad- always plenty to choose from. The wine was ok but the cocktails were a bit of a disappointment. For the amount we paid we thought the hotel was excellent value for money and would definitely return.

If you can't be asked to read.. let me bullet point: - Rude staff, 4 men surrounded us calling us names including "disgusting" & "pieces of s***" for complaining about an ant infestation in our room after 3 days of being cooperative and dismissed and then finally building up courage to speak up for ourselves. - Apparently every room on the ground floor has an Ant infestation and this is "normal" - We were informed by a guest that spoke Arabic that these men called us "Christian Slurs" probably after seeing us wearing the cross. -We were only given a new room on our last night which had a leaking AC - we didn't even complain about this because we felt intimidated and unsafe already (which looking back, I'm so upset with myself for not speaking up) -We were lied to and told the manager was not there EVERY SINGLE DAY - meaning this issue "could not be dealt with"? But when we confronted the reception on day 3 - they magically appeared to call us slurs and "disgusting". -We couldn't go to any excursions booked because we literally couldn't sleep or get ready due to ants every (PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURES SO YOU KNOW WE AREN'T EXAGGERATING - i WISH WE COULD UPLAOD VIDEOS - all those small black dots are ants! -On the last day when we were finally given a new room, they took our old keys (literally snatched them out of our hands - probably because they felt embarrassed that we finally won the battle) and told us we had to wait two hours for our new room to be cleaned. We were fine with that. They then told us we could not wait in the reception and had to go somewhere else (At this point they just did not want us at the hotel). There is literally no where else to go - so we said no, we would wait here - just like everyone else waiting to check in. This is when we got shouted at and a pillow I was sitting was snatched from beneath me - 4 men came out of NOWEHRE from behind the reception and I was told I am not allowed to sit on pillows and I'm disgusting. At this point we felt scared, we were in a place where men did not care about being publicly abusive so we felt it was better for us to shutup and just get home safely. -We brought this up with loveholidays who did contact the hotel. The hotel lied and said we had not complained to them about an Ant infestation and we should have brought it up to them. We were complaining everyday, but oh well - didn't expect them to tell the truth. Lovelholidays were really trying there best to help - but there's not much they could do. -Food is trash, cocktails are trash - there has to be no alcohol there lol it was a running joke with all the customers at the hotel. You cannot have any free water after 8pm. Bare in mind that place is Hot! There is one shop in the hotel which is so expensive but you can't really go any where else because of distance to shops and things. Entertainment team even felt bad, and were offering their own water to guests, including me! They were so sweet but do not have much to work with in terms of entertainment - which is NOT their fault. I normally ignore passionately negative reviews because I assume they are from people who love to complain.... but please guys.. don't be me lol take these reviews in. THEY NEVER LIE. The staff are rude, there is no customer service what so ever, we had to take our luggage all they way to our rooms by ourself in 40 degree weather, up STAIRS! because they said it takes 2 hours for our luggage to get to our room after they collect it from us? WHAT!!! We witnessed a bunch of other customers doing the same. The staff will not help you with anything at all - if you do have a complaint, they will let you know that the manager is not there EVERY SINGLE DAY so "they cant handle it" until he comes back. Our complaint was ANTS... Please look at the picture to see we are not exaggerating. Me and my friends can handle a few insects.. but look at this! Our room was flooded with ants, to a point where we could not even stand without stepping on any, they would crawl up us at night - we had to sleep on the sofas to try an avoid them... this did not work lol. The first time we complained and showed them pictures they said that's normal because we were on the first floor... WHAT! They told us a manager would deal with it in the morning... so we stupidly waited and called reception in the morning. They cut the phone on us twice after telling us the manager is not here again so we have to wait until tomorrow. We are not confrontational people so we just let it slide and tried to stay our of our hotel room as much as possible. But when we got in later on that night it got worse. They said they would finally send the care taker to spray the room - we could not breath after this - it was so toxic - but he just sprayed and brushed them out the room. More just came in like an hour after. We complained again that this was not enough and we were told again that the manager would sort it in the morning Please save your money and don't be like me, always read reviews and trust them

I would never go back to this one even if it were free. when we arrived we checked in and everything was fine until then. The problems started that same night. First they charged us 108 MAD in tax when it should have been around 30, Expedia sgreed that I was overcharged. When they gave us our keys and we got to the room, we realized that they gave us a room for which we had not paid, we went back to reception to complain because I had paid a little extra for a double bed. The woman told us that the hotel was full but when I gave her my reservation it magically seemed like the one she had paid for, the woman was very unpleasant. The next day I went looking for the manager to solve the problem, I spoke to 3 people who were supposedly the managers but they didn't even have the means to talk or try to help us. They were rude and disrespectful. They laughed in my face. Everything was supposed to be included but they even wanted to charge us for a towel. This hotel is not a 4 star at all. I asked the manager for his name and he told me that his name was that he had no name, he even called security trying to scare us. It was a very unpleasant experience and I would never return. RUDE STAFF, NOT TRYING TO HELP AT ALL. OVERCHARGED, COLD FOOD, SAME FOOD EVERYDAY, SPA NO WORKING, NO INPOOL DOOR AS IN THE DESCRIPTION, NO 4 RESTAURANTS AS IN THE DESCRIPTION. THEY SAID THEY ONLY HEAT THE OUTDOOR POOL JUST IN THEM HOLIDAYS. Absolutely horrible, I asked the guy who claimed to be the manager for a glass of water and he told me to go to the bar and get it myself. It's a shame that such a beautiful place attracts so many unpleasant people. I DO NOT recommend it at all!!!

My partner and I last visited this hotel 8 years ago, when we absolutely adored the food provided and the care taken to ensure that guests were happy. Sadly this is no longer the case; at each meal we were faced with food that should have been hot but was either tepid or cold and under seasoned. The only exception was one evening meal on Morocco Day, when everything was piping hot. A total disappointment, which spoiled our holiday. Perhaps this was down to It being Ramadan! Similarly perhaps the staff were affected by Ramadan as well but there was a lack of attention to care and detail.
