We've been robbed by the manager. Our mistake - didn't ask for menu/prices, just ordered from minimal variety they offered that cold and snowy evenig (after passing Tizin't'Tichka we were so cold and hungry...). Rabbit Tajine (which turned out to be a chopped rabbit with it's head, raisins and probably a bit of onion, seriously nothing more) for 2 people...

Shower head was broken, there was no hot water, toilet didn't work, credit card machine didn't work... They didn't do anything to compensate for these, and when we complained, the guy who served the breakfast and got the payment said these were not his problem! Don't go there.

Our toilet wouldn't flush and we had no hot water and the shower head was broken. When they sent someone up to fix it, he said the cold water was fine for showering. Also no one speaks English. When we complained the manager said it wasn't his problem.

Four hours earlier we were on the coast in Essaouira. Our driver Omar suggested we stop here, to review the plans for our seven day tour while we had lunch outside on the patio, before heading into the High Atlas Mountains and leaving behind civilization as we knew it. My wife ordered a Djaj (chicken) tagine and I shared a...

I have stayed here several times and each time it just gets worse, This time I arrived with a group of clients and they had not got enough rooms for us, they tried several times to over charge me. I ate at the restaurant attached and again tried to over charge me which I think is very disrespectful as my...

We wanted to do a day walk in the Zat Valley and needed somewhere convenient to stay. This hotel looked quite basic on the Internet so we weren't expecting much but we were very pleasantly surprised. We had a room upstairs with a little leafy balcony overlooking the large pool. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The...

This place is not somewhere you would book but if you are traveling and need somewhere to stop off for the night its perfect. Nice staff, good food, nice wine, rooms are alright but nothing special. There is also a pool that looks alright but it was a bit cold for that sort of think when we were there.

We stayed here for a spontaneous night as a stop-over during a long journey from the desert to the coast. We hadn't booked beforehand, but the staff were quick to welcome us and get a roaring fire and delicious dinner ready in the restaurant. The room was simple but adequate, with a very comfy bed and plenty of blankets. It...

After driving across the Atlas pass towards Marrakech this was a welcomed and spontaneous overnight stay. Simple but clean and very welcoming staff. Rooms basic but clean and quiet. Hot shower with good meal and breakfast included in price. Recommended as a reasonable price, basic hotel about 1 hour easy drive to the Marrakech airport.
