First thing to say about this Riad is that it really is excellent value for money. We took five rooms for four nights and used the riad as a base to explore the souks. It's well located and the staff are extremely flexible. Our eldest sons were offered breakfast whenever they woke up - sometimes after midday and we had...

We spent 3 nights here and had a delightful time. The staff is so gracious and helpful with making arrangements for your tours. They loaned us a cell phone with an app to find our way around town and for us to call them if we were lost. Our room was large and comfortable on the second floor. It had...

Small group stayed there pre destination wedding. From reservation to pick up to rooms to all details, hotel staff was wonderful. Although the street and overall location looks tired, the service and attention make up for visual amenities. We were met at all times by someone on the staff to walk us back from various locations. We had a fabulous...

Riad Cinnamon is a lovely Riad in a great location in the Medina. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our only advice would be to request not to stay on the ground floor as it can be a bit noisy.

Came here with my sister for a long weekend break in March 2016. We loved it. The hotel has 5 rooms. All spacious with their own bathroom and some have a separate area for watching tv and chilling out. The staff are amazing and treat you like your family. Can't fault this place one bit. It's so trusting that there...

I loved everything about my stay at Riad Cinnamon. The place is beautiful and the staff is so kind. (Side note: the guy who runs the place, Yassine B, is gorgeous and soft spoken. I was a little nervous to walk out to a taxi by myself, late at night, to meet friends for dinner, so he walked me himself....

We had a perfect room for our party of 3 which included private mezzanine level sleeping & living quarters for a young adult. We arrived late the first night and enjoyed a delicious lamb tagine dinner in the courtyard with a birthday message, rose petals, candles and a celebration cake - our 20-year-old was thrilled! The breakfasts each morning were...

We stayed as a couple with our daughter for pre xmas break! Stayed on recommendation of friend who travels frequently to marrakech. Riad is a lovely small intimate Riad which right on edge of souk where they sell leather. It is quiet with lovely attentive staff who gave us a phone with local app should we have got lost and...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Much appreciated to walk you from the Riad to the driver waiting a bit further, because streets are not particularly safe in the weekends nights. Nice accommodation and great roof terrace.
