Everything is amazing. Food, Kids Club, Swimming Pool and Entertainment Team. Osama in the reception is really understanding and helpful. I would recommend the Family Room. It has two rooms a sitting room and a bedroom with a massive bathroom

I loved the hotel to the point where I now come every month and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made I have been coming since 2017 and never once have I regretted the animation team is the best you have spider, bouchra, momo, Spoofy, Manar, Karim, smiley, sam, ratatouille, and simo and mini club you have betty who is just so lovable and saad who is just so fun to be around and always makes the kids laugh and their chef Mido is very well at his job the new eldorador group also have amazing people who do their jobs like Tamara, Latif their chef I don’t know all their names but they are great at they’re jobs too I am so thankful to have came to this hotel from the beginning no regrets.

Came here for the first time and all the Animation team, hotel staff and the people in the hotel were amazing, making sure we have everything we needed. The animation team always kept us happy and got us to participate in group activities such as air gun shooting, archery, darts and evening shows. Enjoyed the holiday a lot and really recommend coming here whether it’s on your own, with friends or family. Entertainment was different every night with engaging staff. Betty and the other staff were so friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. Our week stay was very fun and definitely will be coming back.

This amazing hotel, the staff, animation team, and the kids club are all amazing people very helpful. Very kind and friendly. Came here with my family and they have been very nice. Especially the the kids club Betty has been very welcoming doing a lot of different activity with my son. The food staff and cleaners all amazing. Different types of food to eat. 5 star treatment. Definitely a family holiday destination. Enjoyed our stay a lot. Different entertainment every night. Very fun and engaging.

Mediocre to say the least, this is definitely not a five star hotel. Stain on the rug in our room, cracked tiles in the bathroom, hair on the bath, room was very tired and needs updating. Food was often lukewarm and not a great choice day to day. I asked about a late check in and was very surprised that they don’t offer one, even though the hotel was half empty. Will not be staying here again

Hotel service and staff I would highly recommend, Hotel is maintained to its highest standard of hygiene. I visited most activities at the hotel and the animation team was great friendly and involved the holiday people very well. I went to see Mounir the golf instructor for a couple of lessons what an experience very well and helped me in my game and swing, I would highly recommend you to book with him!!! The hotel I hope would improve the golf side more with this sport up and coming more popular.

This was a great trip away where the staff are excellent in every area. Good food and everything very clean. Loads of entertainment for everyone. We particularly enjoy the golf professional, Mounir. He gave a free lesson everyday with great tips, fun environment and improved our games. Highly recommend him for all levels.

Amazing hotel, great staff specially the entertainment team, food was high quality and a huge range. Some of the finest tagines. Heated pool ideal for the cooler months, was still in the mid 20 degrees in November.
