A bit disappointed with this hotel. To start with positive, woman on the reception and older gentlemen are very nice and friendly, but other staff can smile more and be more approachable. Dinner people - the guy who checks the room numbers upon entry to dinner and one of the skinny waiters (I think his name starts with Z) are super friendly and nice, always attentive, all staff should be like that. Pool area is very nice and stylish. The disappointing side was the SPA experience. I booked a couple's massage with my bf on the 27th of November at 7pm. The receptionist at the spa made me pay BEFORE the actual massage, not after, which was weird. He also just gave the card machine to me without saying please, or thank you, a bit rude. Then two young girls who did the massage were very unprofessional, we were in the same room with my bf and when one of them asked me if it's good (she was doing the massage) - I speak very good French, I said, yes it is good, maybe a bit harder the pressure, if possible, then immediately after that they started speaking Arabic between them with the other girl who was massing my bf), and they burst laughing, and continued to giggle while doing the massage. I mean this is beyond being unprofessional - they were discussing what I said in front of me, in Arabic and also laughing. This really made me upset. Overall, the hotel is nice, but it is not 5 stars, solid 4. Food at times is also bland, both at dinner and breakfast, but mostly dinner. Wifi is not working well. Staff at the reception and spa need to be friendlier.…

Well maintained. Our rooms have views of their three swimming pools. We did not use though. It has 3 gift shops. all fixed prices. Pretty products though Rooms were clean and big. No complaints. The place is not close to the medina. They tell you it's just a 30 min walk. It's more like 45-60 min walk. not very pleasant when the hot sun is on you. We took the horse and buggy back to the hotel because it was so hot. I would have liked to spend more time in the medina if our hotel was closer. oh well. Next time i will book a hotel closer to the shopping area. Internet is sketchy at times. Sometimes it's sooo slow and other times it is fine. I got frustrated a few times. TV - just one English channel of old movies. Would have been great if there was a shuttle service from the hotel to the medina. Many travellers would take advantage of this. something for the hotel to consider.…

We stayed here as part of a tour. The room was warm and the thermostat could not be adjusted. When we came back from touring, our towels were taken, but new were not given & we wanted to clean up since we were riding camels. We asked the desk. We also were not given more toilet paper. The staff were friendly and the bartender in the inside bar downstairs was very nice. The macarons were a nice touch, but they were very dry. Decent location. Thank you for providing an early breakfast for our group. We have never had that before, usually we are sent with a box breakfast. Much appreciated!

Stayed here for a few days on my Morocco trip. The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are a good size and it seems to be a popular choice with tourists. It's in a quiet neighbourhood which I appreciated after the hustle and bustle of the city. I'd stay here again if I came to Marrakech.

I had such a wonderful experience staying here, the staff welcoming, very helpful and very happy about it, the rooms were comfortable. We had fun doing Yoga, water Polo, ping pong in groups, thanks coach Rachid, Hajar, Ghani, Tima and Siham, they were awesome. Would recommend.

Fabulous stay here. My room was big and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Several dining options on site, including a pool bar and very reasonably priced room service. The buffet breakfast was good - I loved the pancakes! - with lots of choice. Staff were always friendly and respectful and made sure I had everything I needed. The grounds are beautiful and the pools are well maintained. The hotel was quite quiet when I was there so there was no problem getting a sun bed, and the complimentary towels were welcome. I also had a hammam and massage at O Spa, which were both excellent. Location-wise the hotel was good too. The medina is about a 20-minute walk but there are taxis outside that charged me 50 dirham to get to pretty much anywhere in the city, which seemed ok to me. It’s also on,y about ten minutes walk from the Medina Mall, which has restaurants and a supermarket. Slight niggles were that the bed was a little hard for my liking ( but that is purely personal preference), the TV had limited channels (all news) and Netflix didn’t work well enough to watch anything, and there wasn’t really anything to do in the evenings - I saw disco lights occasionally but didn’t know what was happening or when. As a solo traveller I ended up spending evenings in my room! But these are tiny niggles. Overall I would definitely stay at Kenzi Rose Garden again.…

We stayed at Kenzi Rose Garden for 10 nights, couldn’t fault any of the staff there! All waiters and waitresses were so polite and welcoming! Would do anything for you even when language was a little difficult to understand both ways. The food wasn’t great, not a lot of difference in the buffet, and didn’t look appealing also the buffet was closed pretty much everyday at lunchtime which wasn’t announced luckily there are restaurants in the hotel by the pool which covers for that. The room was nice, air conned and tv worked didn’t really use much as not in the room all day so didn’t matter, only thing is a few times we had got back to our room between 5pm and 5:30pm and our room still hadn’t been cleaned or had been cleaned but no clean towels had been left- adding to this on our last week my ring was stolen out of our room!! My boyfriends rings were still left as were my bracelet and earrings but ring had gone… after that all trust had gone and we ended up taking belongings to the pool and even locking everything in our cases which wasn’t practical.
