Very impressed with the level of hospitality from everyone...reception, restaurant, room service - everyone. They really make you feel at home. Very helpful with suggestions, in accompanying you around Medina (maybe that's the only negative aspect - location is not the best!). Do recommend. It is located in the old part of town - Medina- in a street with no...

Hugely disappointed with this supposed five star hotel. Firstly, you can't even drive up to the hotel entrance, so we had to take our luggage all the way through the narrow winding streets. To add insult to injury, a small gang of street kids took it upon themselves to "guide" us to the hotel. Of course we knew they would...

This is one of the loveliest places I have stayed. The service was faultless - from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. The surroundings elegant and tasteful. We will return! Thank you Btissam, Mohammed and all the rest of the wonderful staff for making this such a memorable stay - I would have no hesitation recommending...

Is a charming hotel in the Medina. You cannot drive upto it. Your car has to be parked about a 100 yards away from its front door which you need to knock to be let in. A step takes you into a small reception area but all the check in formalities are done in a lovely little courtyard over a...

The Nashiar is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Seamless check in is followed by a tour of the Riad, along with tea and pastries. A great way to start relaxing. Also, a guide will show you the way to the Jemma el Fna, the main square, which is ladden with souks and bazaars along the way......

We stayed here for four nights at the end of November. We had a lovely time staying here. When we arrived we were offered mint tea and some pastries. There were also some pastries in the room which was a nice touch. We were given a choice of rooms and the one we chose was decorated with rose petals which...

Arrived for a short break for my 50th birthday. From the moment we set foot in the place I was made to feel like a Queen. The staff were amazing and were there for our every need. Would highly recommend this place and will be returning.

This hotel was incredible. I cannot say it enough. The staff were exemplary and the room was impeccable. The spa was divine and the whole hotel was exquisitely and tastefully decorated. I would say that it would have been impossible to get to the hotel without the shuttle, and a porter came to meet us from the shuttle, as the...

We could highly recommend this small hotel in what was once a family home. The staff were excellent as were the spa facilities, the rooms and the convivial atmosphere. Of special note was the excellent breakfast buffet, whilst the evening meals were good.

Excellent read. Everything about it is quality. Not surprisingly as it's located in the Old Town it is difficult to find. I come back a different way every time. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service is some of the most courteous I have experienced. I'm coeliac and was perfectly happy with omelette for breakfast but they insisted on...
