Not worth 5 star. I would rate it 1 star. Ignorant and unhelpful staff with hardly any English language. No electricity for 24 hours. Hotel in a deserted place. No room service after 10pm not even allowed water. Only good thing was the pool. Children's entertainment only on once and crap. Rooms disgusting. No wifi anywhere except lobby. Air conditioning...

We had our room booked - luckily- because this place is popular among Moroccan families...

Not many speak much English. The pool is fabulous, the rooms a little basic perhaps but sufficient for what we wanted and paid....
