"When the richness of Moroccan heritage meets the contemporary style of Nobu... A few steps from its nerve center, its lively souks, its flamboyant Medina and its famous Djemaa el-Fna Square, Nobu Hotel Marrakech is located in the heart of the "Golden Triangle" of the ocher city. The luxury establishment houses 71 spacious suites, elegantly designed, subtly blending the art of Moroccan craftsmanship and the refinement of Japanese lifestyle. Throughout its circular swimming pool, the Rooftop Garden offers one of the most beautiful views of Marrakech. Overlooking the old ramparts of the Medina, the Koutoubia and the Atlas Mountains, it invites lovers of Japanese cuisine to discover its sushi bar, while Mediterranean recipes and seasonal dishes are offered at all hours, at throughout the day. At the Nobu Hotel Marrakech, a unique experience also awaits you at the edge of its 3 swimming pools, its luxurious Pearl Spa and its fitness center, spread over an area of 2000 m².

Excellent stay at Nobu Marrakech! Everything about my stay was fantastic. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you’re happy and everything you need is taken care of. I specifically want to call out Hicham and Houssain. My friend organized a bottle of champagne and flowers to be delivered to my room while I was out on a tour. I came back to a beautiful arrangement and champagne on ice. Very nice touch Nobu! Houssain was also extremely helpful and hospitable with coordinating transfers and tours of Marrakech on my last day at the hotel. My entire stay in Morocco and Marrakech specifically were impeccable. My only thing that I didn’t care for was my bathroom in my suite. Quite small and the drain for the shower was right below the rain shower head. The shower, tub setup was not well designed and when you’re standing under the shower head, you’re basically standing over a metal cap that covers the drain. Everything else and everyone was amazing! Oh and I went to the Agafay desert one night and came back full of mosquitoe bites. The waiter at breakfast was even nice enough to apply limes to them and help me soothe the discomfort of the bites on my legs. Talk about going above and beyond!! Thank you for the lovely stay. Would stay here again for sure!!

My husband and I stayed at the Nobu Hotel, in suite 104, from March 5th to 9th 2024, this was a Christmas/birthday surprise from me. We had an amazing 5 days stay, the hotel staff were so kind and friendly, we loved the attention to detail, they checked on us during our stay to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The staff insisted they opened the door for you on entry or exit to the hotel, our deluxe room was absolutely gorgeous, we were completely overwhelmed by their generosity. We arrived to biscuits in our room and I received a chocolate shoe and sweet treats on leaving for International Women’s Day, which was kindly presented by our cleaner who was a lovely lady, always had a smile and would say hello to us every time she saw us. She works extremely hard, the room was immaculate. The roof top bar and pool was a perfect place to relax and listen to music, also a great place to order food, my husband loved their vegetarian pizza, I can highly recommend the beef shin, absolutely delicious!
During our time there we did a full day trip to the Atlas Mountains and saw the ourika falls, we visited a traditional Berber home where they made us mint tea and Pitta bread with a selection of dipping oils. The Argon Oil Cooperative was a great place to visit and purchase some lovely products, we also saw Moroccan rugs, one which was made of cactus silk, which doesn’t burn. Loved the camel ride, where we both dressed up to look the part!
We visited the amazing gardens and went to the YSL museum etc, really was a stunning, interesting place.
Thank you Nobu for making our stay so perfect.

Having not visited Marrakech before we didn’t know quite what to expect. We needn’t have worried. From the moment we were collected from the airport (10 mins from Hotel) we were made to feel extremely welcome. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was incredibly helpful and professional.

The Hotel itself was truly 5 star with great facilities including, gym, swimming pools, spa and restaurants. As a party of 6 including 4 teenage Children this was a perfect location and I wouldn’t have any reservations about recommending this to others.

If your heading to Marrakech and want a top quality hotel with a cool vibe, Nobu is definitely worthy of consideration.

Nobu Hotel is a lovely boutique hotel in Marrakech.

The really positive thing about the hotel is the staff, they go out of their way to ensure that your stay is going to be a good one. Some of the people who really stood out for us were the concierge, whose name we, unfortunately, did not get. This guy was excellent, no request was too much for him, whether it was organizing a wheelchair at Marrakech Airport to recommending and booking restaurants for our stay. The other staff member was Selina, who works at the Front Desk, she would check with us on a daily basis to ensure we did not have any issues during the stay. The last memorable staff member was Mohammed, the guy who delivered room service but would do anything else you asked.

The rooms are big and airy (we had a Delux one-bedroom suite) with lots of closet space, should you need it, and loads of power sockets dotted around the living and sleeping areas. The bathroom was huge with an amazing rain shower and a separate bathtub. The negative point about the bathroom is that there was a lot of wasted space whilst the toilet and shower areas were a little small compared to the rest of the bathroom and felt claustrophobic when you had the shut the doors to these areas.

The Rooftop Garden is an amazing place to go for a drink or a bite to eat. The views from here are amazing!!

Now the negative points, firstly, DO NOT book a suite from rm number 01 to 05 on any floor. These suites face the street and there is a nightclub 2 meters away from the front entrance of the hotel. if it is not the music keeping you awake (despite the windows being double-glazed), it is the patrons entering and leaving the club, as well as the cab drivers who are waiting outside. Not only are they extremely loud, but they have no qualms about blocking the road which leads to hooting matches with other road users, not fun at 3 am. This happened every night we were there. We did inform the Front Desk and asked to be moved, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked until our last night, for which they did move us to a different room.

The second negative was the Spa, whilst many treatments were offered and the spa pool was awesome, the fact that the therapists did not speak English was a problem. I had booked a manicure and a facial, but the facial treatment was not what I expected, and during the manicure, the therapist managed to cut my finger not once but twice. Think twice before booking a treatment if you don't speak French or Arabic.

We had a fabulous 4 night stay at the Nobu hotel. Our first impressions did not disappoint, loved the hotel from the moment we entered the main reception area and the enormous tree! The location was in easy walking distance to the centre and the rooftop pool and views were stunning with a great atmosphere. The hotel organised a number of tours and Saed one of the doormen was very friendly and helpful organising taxis and assisting with local information.
The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious and a lovely touch was the birthday cake. We enjoyed the Breakfast buffet each morning with a wide variety of delicious food. All staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

I’m really torn while writing this review. There is no doubt the hotel is beautiful. As soon as you walk in the whole ambience and vibe of place has the wow factor. Our suite was one of the nicest we have stayed in and the rooftop bar is very chic. However, I feel the service really lets it down. The service on the rooftop is so slow, and one time was completely forgotten. Even when there is hardly anybody there it takes forever to get served. It was the same story at breakfast, some days coffee took ages and again one of our orders of poached eggs was forgotten. The hotel seems to have plenty of ‘managers’ standing around talking but they don’t actually seem to be ‘managing’. They have no idea who’s been served or who’s been waiting a long time, surely they are there to make sure things are running smoothly not just to look the part and chat amongst themselves.
It never felt very personal, no matter how many times we ordered off the same waiter we constantly had to remind them of our room number which is very rare when staying in a hotel with this price tag.
One morning I went to reception with a query regarding checkout and every time the phone rang he would stop talking to me turn away and answer the phone! I have never had this happen to me in other hotels before! If this hotel wasn’t so expensive then it would without a doubt have a five star review, but if your going to try to compete with some of the top hotels then your service has to be second to none.
I also agree about the noise from the rooftop DJ. We were on the first floor and could hear it until very late in the night. It wasn’t loud enough to bother us but I couldn’t imagine how loud it must be if your on the third floor you’d never get any sleep!
We had a nice time in Marrakesh and like I said the hotel is beautiful and really worth a visit. However if you’ve got a big enough budget to stay here, then there are much better hotels for the price tag.

If you're looking for a pounding headache then this is the spot for you! Honestly, I've never been to a hotel that has music pounding to 12:00 am - 1:00 am nightly at the expense of its' guests. We were not made aware of this major issue, and when we arrived during the day and they asked us if we were happy with our booking of 7 days we gleefully said yes. The rooms are very nice, the restaurant 2nd to none, but once the night sets in get ready to not sleep... I would not recommend this hotel to anyone except young club-goers and the like - otherwise, steer clear at all costs. You will thank me when you walk by it and hear the pounding sounds coming from its' rooftop...

Lovely place to stay, felt very welcomed and very much at home. Service was amazing, very attentive and they were keen to make sure our needs were met. Prices was cheap for such a fine establishment, along with the amazing restaurant downstairs. The rooftop exceed our expectations with amazing food and service such as the beef pasta and the lamb racks, best we have ever had. The enormous pool was lovely to swim in as it was warm and very clean. The room was outstanding with a range of amenities to cater our needs and the special request for the flowers and decoration for my wife’s birthday exceeded my expectation with the amazing bouquet of flowers. Out of the hotels around the world we have stayed in, nobu Marrakech definitely exceeded our expectations. Look forward to the warm welcome we receive on our next visit, in the near future. Thanks again.

The rooms really lovely.we had a good size balcony with a view of the Katoubia.
The bathroom was good, only that there was no shower hooks, just 2 hand held.
Also despite being a new build there are no usb ports so need to bring adapter or plug
Nice to have an Nesspresso in the room

So why only 3 stars. Very simple the service is poor. Hard work getting a drink. On the roof terrace we got ignored so gave up.
The lobby bar we ordered after 10 mins but gave up after not receiving our drinks 15 minutes later. The bar was empty and we were only requesting A liquor .

Concierge .,We wanted to book a tour but they seemed not to have info. So we went on line.

We stayed for 2 nights in august. the hotel itself is gorgeous, beautiful decor, we were welcomed with a hot glass of tea and our room was ready to check in early. Staff our wonderful. Our room was huge and so clean, we had some welcome biscuits and a cake as it was our anniversary. The rooftop terrace and pool area is stunning you can see for miles, there was alot of building work going on but we didnt mind and it didnt interrupt our stay. The food is soooooo delicious we ate in the roof top garden at lunchtime , the tuna and truffle pasta is a must try ;-) our waiter Abdelghani was so helpful and happy, they had a dj around the pool each day playing nice chilled dance music which we loved. One thing to mention we loved the man playing live music at breakfast time that weas a really nice touch. Highly recommend for couples or friends not for children. We will most definitely return , Thanks Nobu xx
