Overall, a wonderful place. Staff are generally polite, helpful and multilingual. One female staff in the buffet area treated me as if I were an idiot any time I asked her a question...but she was the exception. The concierge and pool staff were particularly noteworthy. The hotel itself is lovely. The only caveat would be if you have mobility issues, getting into the tub/shower would be a challenge. Rooms are spacious and clean, have balconies. There is a bar, spa and lovely swimming area..children's pool and a larger pool. Sadly, the spa couldn't take a credit card. There is a gift shop of Moroccan products. Our room came with breakfast and dinner...both buffet style. Zero drinks come with dinner including a glass of water. Breakfast includes juices and coffee/tea. There is another bar near the pool which also has some lunch items. The lunch buffet costs 200 mad. 5 minute walk to a mall, 45 minute walk or 8 minute taxi ride (50 mad) to the Place Jemaa el-fna (square). Definitely would recommend it.

We stayed for 3 nights at end of our tour. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Issues in bathroom were toilet often running thru and tub draining very slowly. Issues with room key as well - needed to be recoded a few times. We didn't use any amenities offered but staff around the pool were very cheerful and tried hard to get us involved in activities around the pool. Breakfast was very good, and they gave us an early morning coffee and buns before leaving at 03 on departure day - thanks. Dinner was very good as well.

We stayed in this hotel on our first and last days in the country. Room 2106 then Room 1101. We arrived at midnight and were met with very friendly staff who made sure that a hot meal was sent to our room, which was very nice. In fact, so much we couldn't eat it all at that time of night. The walk in shower was useless in the first room but the second was a bit better and the usual toiletries where you can't get the shampoo out of the bottle. The bed was very comfortable. Air con very basic, WiFi unsecured. The area around the pool was quite slippery and I slipped over on the tiles. The spa staff came touting for business whilst we were at the pool and offered a free 15 minute massage which we took advantage of. It was very nice so we haggled for an even longer one. Breakfast was buffet style, cereals, fruit, omelettes etc. Dinner was also buffet style and with a lot of dishes to chose from. Something for everyone.

My friend and I came to Rawabi hotel on the 13th of January for 4days. The location is good. Central enough for the Old Médina and also the new Médina. The hotel staff are not so friendly. The cleaning staff would not even acknowledge we passed by let alone say “hello”. The bathroom are not well clean. The bed is always grainy. The food is always bland and not much variety. I would like to say a big thank to Fatima-Zahra and Chadiah were amazing and made us feel very welcomed during our massage sessions.
Overall, I would give this hotel a 2⭐️⭐️ Won’t recommend it though. They need to work on their customer relations and update their carpets

At first glance when I arrived to the hotel I was impressed by the exterior. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The food was not exceptional although there was variety, but the same thing every day. Overall, the staff is not up to date with what customer service means. Bed linens were also dirty. There was what seemed like blood stain on my sheet. How did someone ignore that and decide to put it on the bed?
The most infuriating part was the spa. Be careful of the spa manager (a woman) and hotel staff who try to con you into using their hamam and spa at a discounted rate. The massage was horrible. I could barely feel the woman massaging me. She left the room countless time and I could here her talking and laughing with another staff member. Also, I was only exfoliated some parts on my body: they omitted my right arm, my neck, the back of my neck, my entire back, heels and ankles !!!!!! I tried to privately complain to the manager but she had already left leaving the employee behind to close up shop. HORRIBLE!

have to give this 1 star because the cleaner stole a 20 pound note out of my purse which i had left on the desk with my other belongings. i had two 20s and a 5, she stole one of the 20s - presumably thinking that i wouldn't notice because it was behind the other note, and that i wouldn't notice the english money had been taken because i didn't need it in their country. not sure of her name but she was a bigger lady with straight black hair in a ponytail (no hijab) who spoke french and barely any english.

bedsheets were made but weren't changed and the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. we were given towels with stains. we had breakfast included, which was barely edible and had very limited options. (watery scrambled eggs, pink sausages with unidentifiable meat, peppers and jalapenos, hard breads). all we could have was the boiled eggs and yoghurt and we'd take some eggs/sausages to feed the stray cats who wander around the hotel. (cute cats, were probably the best thing about the stay)

the fridge was tiny and didn't work.

we had to get our key cards changed at reception three times because they would randomly stop working. one of the receptionists was rude and unhelpful, and my boyfriend caught one of the receptionists and another member of staff staring at my bum. proper creeps.

bar and spa were not open and we never saw anyone behind the pool bar. also, the bar was supposed to be open from 2pm which meant that we couldn't buy any water or soft drinks while we were laying in the sun.

sunbeds are very uncomfortable. the ladder on the pool was completely loose and you could pull the full thing out of the floor, it was not secured into the ground at all. pool is absolutely freezing cold even with 30° weather.

it isn't in the best location, there is a mall and a corner shop in walking distance but you're quite far away from any excitement or socialisation from other hotels or anything like that.

this hotel is suitable for older adults and families if they can get a room cheap, but not for young people who want to socialise or have a drink around the pool.

boring, no atmosphere, poor food, terrible wifi. sneaky cleaners.

We came here on. Tour and had no expectations.
The entire hotel is filthy and needs cleaning and repair.
Our room had one working light and one working outlet,
The Toilet paper ran out on the first use.
The beds had no blankets, the dead bugs had not been vacuumed,
The chairs were so filthy they could no be sat in, the exterior door was unlocked and open.
The door key cards never worked more than once,
Breakfast and dinner were full of breads and overlooked and overlooked foods.
Wines and beers are overpriced,

I was here at the end of the tour to Morocco. We had three night stays here. First I was a bit scared reading recent reviews. We had stayed in many different hotels for this trip, good, bad so not looking forwards to a bad one. It is exactly a resort like the ones in Cuba (or other Caribbean) for all-inclusive guests. It has outdoor pool, huge yard, bar, restaurant, gift shop, spa... It does not have a gym as listed. The room was decent inside, newer bathroom, tiled floor and good bedding. It has closet, fridge and lots of space. The exterior is a bit old. The restaurant is medium to big size, enough seating and no huge line-up. Food is okay, edible even though it does seem to be the same. However, I think nobody stay here for a long time as in the resort. I do not have negative thing to say, just not expect to have this in Morocco as I always had in Cuba. Staff work hard and polite, Moroccan are mild manners compared to other African cousins. The staff did not seem to understand my question about directions. Not sure there were generic answers to the questions, so better prepare yourself or experience it first hand. Seems to me there is market nearby, not the shouks in the city, as my bus left there and arrived at the hotel in 2 minutes. However, all answers pointed to the shouks and the only way to get there was by taking taxi. Internet connection was very poor, messages sent take forever to go. I cannot stay I would recommend this as I had no choice of the hotel based on tour booking. Some people in the group paid for upgrade and stayed somewhere else. Internet connection was very poor, messages sent take forever to go. All and all, not too terrible to be here, only I would prefer a hotel for my trip.

We did a round trip through Morocco and spent a total of three nights at the Rawabi Hotel, one at he arrival and two before leaving. I felt really comfortable, the rooms on the whole and in general the facilities were nice and the food (especially the breakfast) was amazing. My personal highlight were the staff, the waiters at mealtime were always helpful and friendly and the animation team (Saber, Hicham, Yunis, Nadia, Nasiba; I hope I didn't forget anyone), always with a smile on their faces and up for some banter, made us have a lovely time. The only thing I'd criticise is that the WiFi connection didn't work that well and there are some rooms not reached by the coverage, but that's the negative aspect I can think of. As has already been said in other comments, the hotel is a bit far from the city center, but you can easily reach it via taxi for little money.
All in all an awesome experience, thank you! If I ever come back to Marrakech I'd stay here again.

I stayed at Rawabi Spa for 4 nights and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The hotel was extremely dirty, with two dead cockroaches in my room. Despite 'Rawabi hotel and Spa' name, the spa was dark and didn't work at all, with hundreds of dead cockroaches laying on the floor. The carpets in the corridors were old and worn out, and there were cats freely walking around the kitchen and restaurant. The food was barely edible, and only suitable for those who are extremely hungry. However, the staff was almost polite. We had 7 rooms and requested a complementary late checkout for 2 rooms as our car to the airport was at 1500 hours, but the manager refused. It's not surprising given the bad management of the hotel. Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. One star rating for this hotel.

Hi, Just to comment on your query regarding the spa. We were offered a 15 minute free massage which we took. It was so good we then negotiated a further one hour full body massage each for my husband and I. We both enjoyed the experience and the staff were both courteous and friendly although there was a bit of a language problem which is to be expected when using locals for a niche role.
