This hotel is dirty, Damp and just plain entering minus territory. I have never graded a hotel in a minus, but this a first. We had booked and the pictures absolutely misleading. We paid and were not reimbursed. The furniture is broken. The rooms are psychedelic and absolutely atrocious. It's just a hotel that must be renovated. Please don't even...

We stayed in this riad for 5 nights, it is very well located, and the staff is amazing! The riad is quiet and lovely. Rachid was sooooo helpful and did all he could for us to have a fantastic stay. I would really love to go there again, thank you Rachid and Saida! We loved our stay!

Just arrived I ran away from this establishment, I had booked a room and I found myself in a cellar with humidity nauseating odors. I asked to change room and the staff informed me than the Riad still full booked. I asked to found a solution but the manager tell me just "change hotel but you paid my room" No...

Friendly and peaceful riad about 10 minutes ( easy to find ) walk through the medina to the square. Pluses are definitely the location, tranquility, stunning roof terrace and wonderfully friendly staff, decent sized rooms with comfortable beds. Price was reasonable and wifi in ground floor rooms was excellent. If there had to be negatives, it just needs a bit...

Palais Riad Azukar is a beautiful Riad very well located in the old medina of Marrakech. Azukar, is an oasis of tranquility and peace and you will not feel to be in the buzzy Medina, this will help you to relax after a hectic day of shopping in the zouk. Rooms are big enough and clean. WIFI is very good...

This is a great little Riad! It was absolutely perfect as a base for our group of 18 (we booked all the rooms!) and it provided a perfect oasis of calm as a welcome break from the heat of the city. We didn't actually meet Carole the owner during our stay but she was very helpful in the run up...

What a horrible riad, we booked this for. A large family group with children and it was not suitable at all. The owner gave false representations about where the riad is located how it is accessed and that it is not suitable for children at all. The breakfast was minimal and horrible cold as well. The manager was rude and...

We spent our last 3 nights in Marrakech at Palais Riad Azukar. We were a bit disappointed by the general atmosphere of the place (weird LED lamps, disturbing music...), the quality of our room (window did not lock, room was absolutely not sound proof, dark and smelly...), the quality of breakfast (we had breakfast at 4 different places, this one...

We stayed at the Road two nights and we had a really nice stay there. The location is really good for exploring the city but the Road is a little bit hard to find at the first place. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They help out if you have any questions and also open the door when you...

Overall we had a lovely stay at this Riad. Carol via AirBnB responded promptly to my messages when booking the riad and organised a taxi to collect us from the airport. Amine and the riad staff were very helpful and friendly although Amine is the only one who speaks any English. He was very helpful, helping us to organise a...
