Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

This was a gem of a hotel. It was very friendly and hospitable and all the staff work really hard. The pool guy Aziz could not do enough for us. We went for five days and he remembered where everyone liked their sun beds around the pool and made sure they were ready with towels each day when we got there plenty sun beds to go round. Breakfast delicious with plenty of choice and a few nights we eat in the restaurant where you could choose from the main menu or you could go for the buffet. All the food was freshly cooked. Our room was wonderful and had a lovely balcony. Everything was very clean. The maid came in every day to freshen up and bring new towels. The hotel is located in the town centre each morning we would walk to the town for a Starbucks and then return for a day around the pool. The waiters will come and take your orders and bring it to your sunbed for you. I must say you’re not allowed to take your own food or drink not even water around the pool but then everybody has to make a living. We used to buy a large bottle of water from the waiter for less than £2 and the waiters would bring fresh ice. Lunchtime we would purchase delicious tuna baguettes which came with fries approx £4. We felt very safe there however we never went to the Medina but took a trip to the Atlas Mountains with tripadvisor which was super

This hotel does not look very inspiring from the outside, but has a beautiful interior and comfortable rooms. Gorgeous Moroccan decor. Room was very spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom. No hospitality tray. Shower was over the bath, and there was no shower curtain, so it was quite a challenge not to flood the bathroom. Fridge and safe in the room. There is a bar next to the pool that seemed to be open all day. Restaurant was good and we had a buffet one night and A la Carte the second night - both really good. Breakfast was excellent. the location was good, and you could walk to a shopping mall, supermarket and pharmacy. Jardin Majorelle was in walking distance as were the Souks and an interesting little art gallery. Great location!

Hotel reception, lobby, pool area and restaurant is lovely, great place to have drinks, food and relax away from the hustle of the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful on all matters from airport taxi, money exchange, printing boarding passes etc. Room as previous reviews state are a bit tired and run down but cleaners did a fantastic job making up the room each day.

I stayed here for 5 nights Check in and check out was very smooth Breakfast options are good however it closes too early at 10am so I hardly ate it .Staff are very accommodating and I felt safe whilst I was here.I booked an ourika valley trip with the hotel and the views were breathtaking. Overall I would come back to this hotel especially because there are corner shops nearby and restaurants.McDonalds is a 10 minute walk away as well as a mall.Jema al fna is 15 min drive away and is a must visit if you are coming Marrakesh.Hope this helps :)

We came across a great deal for Hotel Diwane - a deal that was too good not to book! And I am so glad that we did. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Aziz who helped around the pool, he was always on hand to help make sure you were comfortable. The rooms were large, clean, cool and comfortable. The food was really tasty and there was plenty of choice. And on top of all that, all the attractions are only a short taxi ride away so you could feel close to everything whilst being in a quieter part of town. The hotel may be slightly older than some, but if you see a good deal to come here I would definitely say it is worth taking it. We would happily go back!

This hotel was in the perfect location to visit Marrakesh for the first time! Very close to all the sightseeing spots and easy to get to and from. The hotel itself the staff were pleasant and friendly and helpful. the hotel wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked it to have been. Quite dusty rooms, and it was extremely noisy from other guests slamming doors. That being said the breakfast was lovely and fresh every morning with good choices. Lastly Anas the driver at the hotel was excellent, very hospitable, friendly and kind. He went out of his way and would always make sure we got to our destinations there and back safely charging a very excellent amount and was very polite. I couldn’t recommend anas enough. All it took was a WhatsApp message with some notice and he was there. This made our stay in Marrakesh very lovely as two women coming we felt safe and comfortable with Anas and he made sure we got to the airport with enough time. Thank you Anas. Overall I would stay here again due to location and friendly driver

Had a wonderful time in this lovely hotel! The people who work here are beyond friendly and really willing to help you having the best time. Also everytime we wanted to go out, Anas (a very friendly taxidriver) was always available. He made us feel very safe en brought us to every place we wanted to go. Also going back to the hotel was very easy, just one text message and Anas was there to pick us up! Everything together was a lovely stay and l really would go back to this hotel, when l am back in Marrakesh!

My family and I stayed at Diwane Hotel. We had a fantastic time, the staff were very helpful, accommodating and pleasant. I would particularly like to recommend Anas he drove us to many tourist attractions in Marrakech. He was very polite, helpful not to mention knowledge about the best sightseeing places. He went over and above his role as driver, making booking for venues and offering his insightful guidance and opinion.
