Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This hotel is absolutely breathtaking. It exceeded our expectations for a peaceful getaway. The entire hotel is surrounded by gardens that you can explore, a beautiful pool and main house but to be honest for us the highlight was the staff and the chef!!! The food here was incredible!! If you’re looking for a more private getaway right outside of the city this is the place. There were also drivers available to be arranged at all times to go into the city or anywhere which was perfect for us. Aziz also made sure to give us all the best recommendations!!! Thank you again for such an incredible stay!

I have been to many resorts and this definitely tops off all of them! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax on vacation. The room was very clean, the staff is so nice and amazing at what they do. The chef is excellent, the food was on point every single time. The heated pool was nice and big. The resort itself is so beautiful, lots of pretty pathways amongst the nature and tall palm trees! Management is on top of everything, they truly try their best and pay attention to small details to make your time at Dar Ayniwen like no other. Everyone was so nice right from the beginning all the way to the very end. What an amazing experience this was, I wish we had stayed longer. We cannot wait to return to Marrakech!

Stunning setting in 2 hectares of immaculate gardens. The staff are super helpful, and are happy to be flexible around whatever you need. The rooms are large. The hotel is relatively small (11 rooms) so there is a fairly informal atmosphere and you can feel "at home" in the grandest of settings. They even provide sticks for you to wave from the pool loungers so you needn't rise from your slumber to catch someone's attention!

What an absolutely fabulous place. In addition to it being a gorgeous and comfortable place to stay, the staff went out of their way to make our family with small baby and dog feel welcome. The hotel was not busy during our stay so they even upgraded us to a bigger room which was a lovely surprise when we arrived. We forgot a couple items in the room when we left and they even mailed them to us later. Stellar service and an amazing place. Great, accommodations, great food, great amenities, and on top of all that a beautiful bird sanctuary to explore. Book it now!

From the moment I arrived at this beautiful hotel I was captivated. It was night time and the crickets were buzzing and the air was warm, and I walked down a corridor with gorgeous art on the wall and incredible objects all around to my room. Wow! It is one of the most amazing rooms I have ever stayed in and I knew I was in Marrakesh

We stayed here several years ago as two families traveling together. The service was excellent. The room was quirky but also charming and well maintained. The restaurant served delicious food. The gardens, animals and pool are beautiful as mentioned in many reviews. The hotel can arrange various trips for you so you can dip in and out of the city itself. My only negative was the room, with some quite thick furnishings, could feel a little stuffy at times.

This is a truly beautiful hotel, with charming, spacious rooms and traditional decor - and stunning, expansive gardens that give one a true sense of relaxation. Blue skies, birdsong, tortoises, blissful swimming pools, delicious lunches under a parasol with a crisp white table cloth. Extremely comfortable beds. The list goes on. These perfect surroundings are just what holidays are about. But even better than that, is the friendly service from Aziz, Ishmael and the team. Anything you could want is here. Book it now, I promise you won’t regret it!

Dar Ayniwen is truly a magical way to visit Marrakech. We have been coming to Dar Ayniwen for eight years. Although we have stayed at some large luxury hotels in the city, we much prefer Dar Ayniwen. It is a way to have a beautiful and relaxing experience in Morocco and at the same time have easy access to the excitement of the Medina, with transport back and forth arranged at any time. Stephane and Aziz make sure the service is perfect. It is great to be back after the pandemic and see that everything we have loved about Dar Ayniwen is there again, including the food and wine. There is nothing much better than breakfast by the pool, listening to the birds -- and the birds at Dar Ayniwen remain amazing. It is our daughter's favorite place away from home. We highly recommend Dar Ayniwen to anyone traveling to the Marrakech area for couples or families.

We had an incredible stay (our third!) in February ‘22. Aziz and his team were so welcoming and made our stay just wonderful. Tasty food and excellent service. The extra paperwork needed and checks at the airport were daunting, but were fine in the end. Still dreaming of our breakfasts by the pool. A truly magical stay!

Stayed at the resort for a wedding last year. Was given my own private villa with a pool with my s/o. The courtyard is an oasis with a garden and aviary. Staff is helpful and welcoming and keeps the resort extremely clean. Owner and manager are both extremely welcoming. The best food I had in Morocco was from the hotel, their chef is excellent. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Morocco or wanting to try somewhere new.
