Riad laora was a great place for my girlfriend and I to stay. With helpful staff and the location being so close it was hard to pass up! We were greeted upon arrival by Hussan (legend) who helped us plan some of our trip whilst in Marakesh. I would recomend this place to anyone.

Riad Laora isn't as close to the main square as some but is very welcoming and prettily decorated. Our room was quite comfortable with a huge bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast got better each morning. The roof terrace is also lovely. It can be quite noisy with guests coming home late as all the rooms... More

When our transfer from the airport stopped in a street barely wide enough for the car, and we were surrounded by locals, we weren't sure we'd booked the right place - but seconds later, behind the riad's door, we were greeted with mint tea and offered a welcome bowl of vegetables and couscous, served on the roof. In the light... More

This is a lovely Riad, the location could't be better for being able to explore Marrakech. Inside is lovely, all the rooms are individually done, the food is great, it was lovely being able to dine on the roof terrace of an evening. Hassan was really helpful in organising excursions, and giving advice where needed, in fact all the staff... More

The riad is a beautiful building and the rooms are very nicely decorated with a moroccan decor. The staff within the riad although spoke very basic english where extremely helpful to support me with any excursion or plans I had whilst in Marrakech. Breakfast was also very nice, but not very filling as only a basic sweet breakfast. The only... More

Warm and friendly and met lots of nice people. Beautiful art and hardworking staff (English speaking) with cute sweet breakfast and nice coffee. Their trips are reasonable and they are very helpful. Not a swimming pool but ok for 6 year old & needed cleaning. Overall a good base to travel from & kids were relaxed. Downside, price & list... More

The Riad has a good location, it is really close to palaces and the main square etc, however there was absolutely no management and barely any staff apart from one cleaner/housekeeper who didn't speak a word of English. When we first arrived, the member of staff was trying to push their tours of the city and were trying to determine... More

I stayed here in May this year! I came to Marrakech for the first time with my mum for a girls holiday! We had a fantastic time, apart from the weather (it rained almost every day) The Riad is less than a 5 minute walk from the square, very easy to find you're way back. The staff were friendly and... Overall we enjoyed our stay at Riad Laora. The decor was beautiful and the room was spacious. Once on-site, the female building manager did her utmost to make sure our needs were met, which included helping us coordinate a tour to go for a late afternoon camel ride, which we thought it was too late to include in our experience... Fantastic little gem in the heart of mesmerising Marrakech! A wonderful opportunity to stay in a traditional riad (isn't that why we go to Morocco) although, the medina is not for the faint hearted, it can be intimidating. Truly beautiful rooms love, love, love it !
