Just come back from riad assala. We were really pleased with our stay. Right from the word go it was a pleasant experience when a member of staff collected us from the main road where the taxi dropped us off and helped us navigate the medina and led us to the riad. We would have had no chance without her.... More

The riad kindly organised a taxi to collect us from the airport, and then the lovely Fatima came and met us on the streets to guide us through the small alleys of the souk to find this lovely little oasis. The riad was stunning! We had the little room off the edge of the courtyard. It was like something out... More

We found this place after Hostel Marrakech Rouge physically threatened us and didn't feel safe or comfortable. We found it on HotelTonight. This place was an absolute pleasure. It looks a little sketchy to get to the first time, but it's very close to the square - the manager and the night-man are incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are... More

Stayed in this hotel for a week. Staff were all excellent and looked after us from start to finish. Nothing was a problem. The room was small nut very clean. Breakfast was good with egg, various breads, honey, jam, home made yoghurt. Just enough to get you started for the day. The location of the hotel was right in the... More

This was our first riad during our first trip to Morocco. Beautiful place. Food is good, maybe not the best but pretty good. One of the attendants, I think his name was Muhammad, was a great host and entertainer. Very smart man. Our room was impeccable, beautiful bathroom. The riad has a pool, but it seemed kind of cloudy so... More

Annas was a great host, you really feel like if you are at home in this place and with such a great service. Good location, very near to the main square of Marrakech's medina. Quiet place, very relaxing, clean and comfortable rooms.

I had read that this place was under new management and decided to give it a chance. I'm glad I did. We had a fantastic 4 night stay in one of the suites. The riad is beautiful, clean and very nicely decorated. Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the main square. But what we enjoyed the most... More

Lovely little Riad that offers massage and cooking lessons. The staff are delightful and the prepared evening meal was wonderful, made even more delightful by the company in the dining room. Mustaphas English is much better than my French and he was so very helpful with everything as was his wife.

We booked for three nights, but only stayed for two since we couldn't make it to Marrakech on the first night. Still we had to pay for it, although we had called and warned them we weren't going to make it. The decor is great, the staff is nice, friendly and very polite. Although the room was a bit small... Hi Tamara, I'm sorry about the bad advisor given to Riad Assala. Permit me to explain some details. In the Booking Contract, it's written that in case of modified less than 7 days, the night will be charged. About the invasive staff: in a hotel, must staff enter in the room for cleaning every day? It's the same in a... More
