Thank you very much to Mohamed and Amine. We loved our stay at the riad mostly because of you 😁 In the very centre of Medina, these guys took very care of us, gave us great advice and made us feel at home
The location of the hotel is the best you can get in Marrakech. The hotel is in a typical riad that makes you feel the real Marocco with a really nice terrace all over the city. A special thanks to the staff truly friendly and helpful and the breakfast every morning is diverse and every day is better than the other. Everything is super clean and taken care. I would recommended absolutely to everyone
We were 4 friends, one couple and two singles staying at Riad Zinoun for a week to attend a 5-day tadelakt course. The course was very good, with a professional instructor and good translation. The owner Said, who did the translation has good knowledge of tadelakt himself and that was very helpful. We learned enough after the course to start up to do it on our own. We had breakfast and all lunches at the Riad and the food was excellent. Well prepared and with different tasty dishes every day. The Riad has a small hamam offering the most wonderful treatment and massage. All rooms are clean with good beds and the roof-top terrace is great. Some rooms are more spacious and beautifully decorated than others. All staff was very friendly. Even if it is in the heart of the medina and “everything” is just a few blocks away, the place is quiet. One evening Said arranged a small party for all his guests which was an unexpected kind gesture and great fun. We can highly recommend Riad Zinoun for a nice stay and the tadelakt course if you want a good introduction to make this marvelous Moroccan lime plaster! Gunhild Orstavik, Nesodden, Norway …
Really Beautiful and tiny Hotel in the center of the Medina. Traditional rooms and interior. Nice People. From outside not really visible, but when the door opens its a dream of 1001 night. I would come back.
I arrived late evening at Riad Zinoun after many hours of travelling. From a little alley I was welcomed to the lovely covered courtyard, full of original atmosphere and decor and soon I was seated with mint tea and delicious homemade cookies while my paperwork was being processed. I stayed in one of the bigger ground floor rooms with many cute details, but also a close to proximity to the reception. This meant that I could hear every sound going on in the reception. The riad is quite small and I was out and busy most of the time so in reality I wasn't disturbed much. All in all this place is super charming and I loved it, but as a guest you should expect that this is a historical building, which leaves you with less comforts than in a modern hotel in the same price range (no window in your room, old electrical outlets, sound carrying etc). …
