When you enter the hostal, you can see a lot of carpets. It's a colorful hostal. It seems like if a family are living there because you can find some local children around. The breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable. We stay there one night after missing a flight, and it was ok. All you need for a... More

Family run, and everyone very friendly and helpful! Even loaned me an umbrella on the night that it rained(and boy did it rain!). Very economical, room basic but adequate, had everything I needed. Hotel has seen better days but still has it's beautiful features. It was a 5 minute walk to the main square which for me was a real... More

We recently stayed at the Riad Rahba for one night. We chose it for its convenient location (it's not far into the warren of shops & is relatively easy to find) & good value, but there are a few drawbacks. The courtyard actually amplifies noise, so the family's late night Ramadan festivities kept us up past 2am (even though they... More

We arrived a late afternoon to the Riad, where you need to pay in advance for the whole stay. Receptionist does not speak English at all,so called an English speaker friend. The place looked pleasant and since we just arrived we thought we got a great deal, until he showed us our room. There was only a bed, a wonky bedside... More

We booked this Riad on our way back from the Sahara. After we booked we saw the reviews(luckily we saw it after we booked) and we really needed a warm shower so we where prepared for the worst. The guy from the reception was really nice and we felt welcome. I recommend to bring the exact amount to pay. If... More

I am somewhat disappointed by the other reviews. What did you people expect, the Hilton? This is a budget riad, and that shows. I stayed 4 nights there, my entire time in Marrakech. Contrary to most people here, I know that anything in Morocco that does not have a price tag, can be negotiated. That includes hotel prices. I haggled... More

In Marrakesh by staying here. Having traveled the world over many years, I would rank this hotel in the bottom 5%. There was a good reason they demand that you pay for your full stay upfront: One night of filth, bedbugs, and the noise will have any customer wanting to move to a different location. Oh, did I mention the... More
