My friend and i spent one night in this hotel and i must say it is a very nice place. It is within miniute walk from main square and at first we had reserved our opinion as we were staying at a bigger hotel. By the time we had to leave we were missing it. We went to market at...

What a find! Very traditional Riad only 2 mins from the main square. We stayed in two different rooms - both clean and pleasant. The breakfast is to die for, the staff very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a tranquil hideaway then this isn't the place for you as the street outside is busy and the rooms...

Nice room. Small and efficient. Ideal for a couple of days in Marrakech. Close to the centre square with a shop next door for mineral water etc.. Very nice breakfast on the terrace with all you can eat crossiants, crepes, chocolate, tea etc. Friendly cook.

Lovely yummy breakfast of eggs, pastries, pancake, bread and jam and very helpful staff on reception!! I slept like a log - bathroom shower didn't drain very fast! But all was fine and great place to stay

We have been wecomed nicely. Not too many days here since our trip to Morocco included several stops in several cities. But the hotel it's clean, nice people and the lovely breakfast on the terrace is a plus point for the place. Also it is literally at one step from the center of the Medina!

The hotel is very friendly - nice staff, quite small but very cozy rooms. Breakfast was delicious: pancakes with honey & jam, eggs, fresh orange juice & tea, and we could eat it on a terrace on the rooftop. What more could you want? :) The location is perfect - few steps from Jaama el Fna, but quiet enough to...

we have been at the Assia twice in a span of 8 years. only few minutes from the Jamaa El Fna and still quite enough for this hectic town. roofed parking lot around the corner. difficult to find free parking around. The staff helped us to book a car and bus tickets. The roof is nice

Only a stone's throw from the noisy, thumping, throbbing Jaama el Fna, Riad Assia is a modest and quiet hotel on the narrow but quiet Calle de la Recette. I've stayed here with students three times and always enjoyed the cheerful and caring staff, daytime and night. Breakfast on the rooftop garden and tent is served by bustling, hardworking ladies...

This hotel is located on a small side street, very close to Jamaa El Fna and a short walk to Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace and markets. The room was simple and clean with private bathroom. Breakfast is served on the roof top and is good. The staff at the front desk were friendly, cheerful and helpful. The only difficulty...
