Superb location. Excellent service from all staff, especially from the manager Hassan. Nice breakfast every morning with enough to fill you up beyond lunch time. Hassan can organise anything you need, no need to worry about being ripped off by street vendors etc. You would never know you were in the heart of a major city, the Riad is so peaceful. Hassan is a legend, nothing is too much hassle.
Riad Tizwa is a little slice of heaven in the midst of the bustling medina. I visited on business, but equally, this riad is the perfect sanctuary for couples hoping to find rest and relaxation. There is a sense of intimacy to the riad; it is quiet, calm and elegantly decorated, which lends it a mood of peace. The people who work there are extremely kind and helpful, so it feels like being part of a little family during your stay. I made the most of the beautiful rooftop, the giant bath and calm atrium space. Highly recommended.
We stayed in Riad Tizwa for several nights with a big family group. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. They arranged a feast for us and even a babysitter too. You feel very cosy safe and at home. Lovely cotton sheets and delicious breakfasts. Brilliant location.
My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights during our honeymoon. We have never stayed at a place like this before but we are glad we did. Hassan and Mohammed are probably the best hosts you will ever meet. Super accommodating and always interesting to talk to. It felt like we were staying with friends. I highly recommend staying here. Very close to everything, thank you again for having us stay.
This is a beautiful Riad with easy access by a taxi and walking distance from the souqs. I am glad, we decided to stay here instead of a regular hotel to get the true Moroccan experience. The place is clean and beautiful and the breakfasts are great. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Hassan made our stay there even better. He was helpful in recommending places to eat and arranged the taxi whenever needed. When we returned from our day outings he would bring some mint tea and sat and chatted with us about the Moroccan culture and the life there. This truly added to our Moroccan experience. I would certainly recommend this place over a regular hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech.
