We stayed for 4 nights. At the beginning it was quite hard to find the place. Spent in the taxi for about an hour and paid 300 DH for it. Few kids showed us direction but had to to pay 50 DH for them. When we got there we were amazed by the authenticity of the Moroccan decorations that they...

Booked 10 days in advance on Hotels.com. Got to hotel at midnight after delayed flight and was told room was not available? Guy was unhelpful and rude. Did not take other hotel as seems a trick, also would not say how far it was or how to get there. After seeing booking on computer we booked another and left. Hotels.com...

The riad has only four rooms. Here works at least six persons. We stayed three nights. At arrival the atrium was quite messy with a lot of leaves. We got a small room and was told to get another room the next day but we didn't. We could not get breakfast the last day at 6.45 a.m. Not before 8...

Avoid at all costs. The staff in this lodge were continually deceitful to us, first by not mentioning the existence of an additional tax when we booked online. Second they offered a tour at a vastly inflated price, finally they lied about the price of taxis to the airport in order to trick us into booking their hotel taxi service....

The bedroom had a double and single bed, and sitting area with en suite shower room and toilet, situated on the first floor around a central open courtyard hung with jasmine, with birds in. So there was birdsong in the mornings. The air conditioning worked (it was 40 degrees during the day) The family that run it were very relaxed...

Good treat in general. Both managers of the hotel were very friendly. Looking forward to stay again at this riad next year. Although I wouldnt describe this hotel as luxurious I would say it was very beautiful and peaceful perfect for young travellers. THANK YOU VERY MUCH ABDO.

The owner has been extremely rude and borderline threatening since I arrived. He mocked me for being a "spoiled American" and cursed at me several times. I'm the only one here and frankly I feel unsafe. There are no locks on the doors and I feel unsafe leaving my belongings here. I don't know what to do at this point,...

I have only good things to say about Riad Dar Eliane. It is a peaceful oasis of tranquillity amid the beating heart of the buzzing Medina and Souks. Beautiful decoration throughout, the bedrooms are spectacular and the bathrooms eloquently pristine. The view from the roof (on which you can sunbath or chill out with a book) is breathtaking. Easy to...

We were greeted by the lovely manager, Abdo, who was helpful and friendly throughout our 6 night stay in the Riad. The Riad was situated right in the heart of the medina which at times was a confronting experience. The Riad though is lovely, so tranquil and a welcome respite from the craziness outside in the medina. The breakfast was...

Considering the cleanliness of the room I didn't expect it to be as expensive as it was; it is too hot here to not have functional plumbing and there was no mention of the city tax that they charged us on the website. Pretty appalling, honestly find another raid-they are crooks and it's not worth the money or frustration.
