From start to finish an amazing experience. The location of the hotel in relation to all of the attractions around is ideal, with only a short walk to both the old and new town. The added bonus of good food, drinks and attentive, pleasant staff makes this hotel stand out from many of the other hotels we have stayed in....

We stayed here in early September. We were looking for a very cheap all inclusive holiday somewhere slightly different. Totally lucked out with the Medina Gardens, the hotel was lovely, food unbelievably good and the staff so nice. Marrakech was mind blowing in a really good way. I will definitely be back soon! Sure, some parts of the hotel were...

We booked a late deal and paid just over £500 for a week all inclusive, you can't go wrong! The staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and internet was a bit patchy in the room but you could always get on it. In the dining room the male waiters are much more attentive than the females who...

We loved this place - it really is that simple. From start to finish the experience was spot on. The flight, the transfer, our room, the food, the booze, the management, the staff all amazing...ok the weather was a delight too but truly ...everything was just lovely! We wanted an experience we would never forget and we got it. Never...

The location of hotel is good. Rooms are very tired , throughout, certainly not 4star. The bathrooms in particular are terrible. We paid full price for our holiday so the condition of the hotel is rather disappointing. Our allocated room was dreadful , dark with a strip of terrace, a metre wide up against a 6 foot wall, backing onto...

This was our second visit to this hotel our first being 2yrs ago at the same time of year. we feel that there are very little changes in the hotel itself even though it has been given the Sensimar brand. There were some very good staff who put their "heart and soul" into trying to keep everyone's holiday experience a...

We really loved this hotel, the room, the food, the calming atmosphere but its greatest asset is its location. We had never been to Marrakech before and were not sure what to expect. The crazyness of the souks and market can take a bit of getting used to but after a day or two of finding our way around we...

Our second visit - brilliant weather again and a lovely break. Hotel isn't luxury but was clean and food seemed much improved to our visit in April. New Years Eve was an amazing night with staff going above and beyond. I watched some of them still cleaning and tidying the pool area at 3.30am and then were back serving breakfast...

I have just returned from the Sensimar Medina Gardens after spending Christmas and new year there. The hotel looked good when you walk through the front door, but when I went to my UPGRADED pool view room I was very- very disappointed. My upgrade seemed to consist of a coffee machine. A rather expensive upgrade. The room was dirty and...

Wonderful week with sunrise to sunset sunshine. Cool in the morning and evening so take something warm too. Great hotel with good staff. Easy to walk to souk and taxi to other attractions. Food great for us with wide variety and good quality - salad/fruit for me and meat/carbohydrate for husband. Lots of morrocan dishes. Whole leg of veal twice...
