I came here when travelling through different parts of Morocco with a large group. This hotel had an open rooftop space, with a small pool. The pool was not enough to swim in, but it was large enough for all of us to stand in and play ball games. Only 3 sun beds on the top, but this was ok...

I traveled with a group of American students. We were met with staff who very quickly got every pair of students their key and directions to their room. Very efficient and still very friendly. We had several breakfasts and dinners; the students liked the food and if they had diets, their needs were met. The staff was always willing to...

When we got to the hotel we were met with a woman in the reception. We said hello, she said nothing. We said we wanted to check in, she said nothing and handed us two pieces of paper that we were to fill in (info with passportnumbers, date of deliverance and such.) Most of the form was in french and...

I stayed there 5 times, it is an average hotel, breakfast is not that good, and the service is ok. The last time my room had no air condition it was very hot. I like the location but maybe next time I will stay closer to Jmaa el Fna

After reading the reviews online I went ahead and booked this hotel. I booked a double room for me and a friend who lives out there. When arriving there the Receptionist said we can not share the same room as we are not married and do not have a marriage certificate. I could not cancel or amend my booking so...

The power in my room would not stay on and when it was on the air conditioner wouldn't work. The breakfast was the same scones (2kinds) and hard boiled eggs. At the end of the stay they said that their were more things that needed to be paid for. I paid in advance for everything. Then they refused to let...

After reading the reviews on here regarding this hotel I went ahead and booked it. All I can say is that I found this a charming hotel with pleasant, helpful staff, clean room, daily towel changes and although our room was facing the main street which is actually at a busy crossroads. The noise was well catered for with secondary...
