Our family of 7 stayed just one night in this most beautiful Riad. It is exquisitely renovated to a time long ago with the conveniences and modern facilities to make our overnight a complete joy. The breakfast was delicious, very European with homemade yogurt, jams and sweet breads. Stay in this Riad! You will love the experience.

This Riad is small and beautiful and the owner does everything to make your stay a perfect one! The rooms are all decorated perfectly with great taste, the aromas of beds and towels are delicious. The bathrooms are perfect. The rooms are big and have their own lounge area. The location of the Riad is perfect and walking distance to...

Because of limited availability in my preferred riads (because I am fussy with where I like to stay) we ended up splitting our stay in Rabat between two places. Between the two this one certainly felt more opulent, cared for and tasteful in its general decor of the central courtyard, roof terrace, and common areas (for the same price range)....

A fine Riad in medina of Rabat. It is convenient location to visit main attractions, such as kasbah of oudaia and Hasan tower. The owner, who live in the premises, is helpful in giving information on restaurants and events in the city. Breakfast is served on the rooftop. A good start of the day. I will recommend this Riad for...

Wonderful riad in the Medina of Rabat. Not so difficult to reach by foot from the train station. The owners are nice and can give you the best advice to visit the city. Tasty typical moroccan breakfast served on the amazing terrace. Close to the Kasbah and the beach. Highly recommended.

OK, this is going to be a confusing review!... Because the very best thing about this riad is the very worse! So let's start with the basics... Clean, welcoming, charming, traditional, value for money (I did not say cheap)... Everything you would hope for. Lovely owners who will do anything to help you. Here is the odd it. It is...

Riad Mahaba was our first accommodation in Morrocco and it was one of the best. We stayed in the Bahai suite and it was every bit as beautiful as it looks online. The bed was hard but not uncomfortable, you can hear the mosque early in the morning but your in the medina and that is the beauty. The wifi...

The place has bad GPS coordinates, so don't try navigating here with your gmaps or HERE. Since it is in the medina, there is no way, you get here by taxi. People don't know its name in the souk, so the best you can do is call the property before getting there and request the map beforehand, which they will...

The Riad inside is just amazing: the decorations are wonderful. However, the rooms are completely not soundproof, meaning that you want some privacy, most probably, you won't find it. We have been waken up, first, by the prayer in the mosque across the street at 5:45 and then by the neighbours at 7:30. They weren't making much noise, however, it...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
At the heart of the medina of Rabat and a few minutes away from the Kasbah of Oudaïas, the beach and the street of the Consuls, this traditional riad was restored carefully in the respect for the Arab-Andalusian architecture, and by favoring the Moroccan traditional materials. Three spacious chambers, endowed with rooms of shower and corners lounge will offer you at the same time the comfort and the charm of a traditional house. They benefit all of the reversible air conditioning. Renovated in 2007, this former house R' batie mixes harmoniously thousand-year-old tradition and western modern comfort. Both consequences and chamber provided you with ally with charm and simplicity all the details of the Moroccan traditional decoration: bejmat, zelliges beldis, stone arcs, bathroom. ... more   less
