It's just the basics. A bed, sink, clean room, shared bathroom and shower. With that said, it is very cheap and in an excellent location- in the medina, an easy walk to both the beach and the Rabat Ville train station. There is reasonably good wifi, too. Note, it is near a mosque, so the call to prayer is audible at night. I didn't find it too disruptive to my sleep.

Slap-bang in the centre of the Rabat medina and 5 mins walk from the main train station, This hotel is Ideally situated for most travellers. The price of 120D (about £10) for a twin room is very fair considering the location but it's a no frills basic hotel. all the walls are an off shade of salmon accented with sky blue woodwork, the whole place is in need of a good refurb. The rooms are big enough but still small, the cleanliness of the rooms and the bedding is poor and there is no salon/communal room and no breakfast on offer.

The desk staff (the only one we saw) was friendly enough and helpful. although it is on a main street all the sound outside subsides around 22:30 making for a quiet night with the window open.

Absolutely descriptions by Lonely Planet. Cheap and very clean hostel. Shared toilets and showers with hot water - all perfectly fine and clean. Pink room, pink hallway. Clean linen. Good location directly in the media, 20 minutes from the train station. I recommend.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the place is pretty gross. The rooms are small, the pillows are like logs, the bathroom is communal and doesn't even have a toilet. I stayed here because it was Lonely Planet recommended as a budget option and the first 3 I checked out were completely booked. It was my first night in Morocco and I was extremely worried after my stay there about being able to find decent budget accommodation, but it was not a problem elsewhere.
