I had booked and paid for this hotel. 13 of us were travelling. The hotel cancelled my booking and gave it to some one else. A 14th person that was now travelling with us. I have still not reveived my refund. I had to book another hotel as they claimed to be now full!
Where would I start for this review, we booked 2 rooms over multiple emails and phone calls, so not just one time interaction. 2 days before the arrival, we called again to ask if we could dine at the riad and to our surprise, we have no rooms at all. what??? when we spoke to…
We stayed here as part of the tour and I think it was the best Riad based on the balance of decoration, quaintness and general ambiance. Although it was only for one night, the breakfast was lovely, typical style of Morocco and the staff were friendly. Would recommend.
