Have stayed here several times with work going back as far as 2011. The rooms are in need of updating, bathrooms have paint or sealer residue in the bath. Hot water can be an issue, sometimes you get it sometimes you don't!! Tourists turn up at all hours, normally a couple of buses late at night. You can hear them...

We stayed there for three nights in May 2016 whilst we were in Rabat for the Premier League Karate event, which was being held there. It was okay, not great but not bad and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. You couldn't get wifi in your room so everyone stayed in the Lobby on their phones as this was...

Many of the reviews of this hotel complain about the staff. But I found the staff quite helpful. Wifi doesn't work, they will promise to restart it and have it running in twenty minutes, till next time. Phone doesn't work, someone will come and fix it. Light bulb doesn't work, they'll come and change it. Curtains don't open or close,...

I had to stay in this hotel for one night. Upon entering the lobby I was greeted by a guard who was half asleep with his shirt hanging out of his pants and totally filthy. The lobby was not lit and totally dark. Receptionist turned up not expecting guests. Lobby was filthy and so was the room. Toilet, floor and...

I found the hotel to be very ok; good bar, nice atmosphere, slightly quirky. Rooms were well kept and clean. Location opposite botanical gardens etc Food was unspectacular, but kind of in keeping with Rabat.

Positive thing: good beds, good coffee and breakfast All the rest is bad. Don't go there unless you have to and what ever you do: don't eat lunch or dinner. Better call pizza if your stuck and have to eat. Nothing else to say about this terrible place

Rooms a bit cleaner than the reception. The good thing: the allocation and the bar down stairs with live music at night. Breakfast was ok and starting early as well. The worse was the smell of the lobby.

What a dark and quite sad place was my first thought when I entered the unlighted lobby. The receptionist made it clear that he would have preferred to stay watching his television soap instead of handing me a keycard, the concierge did grab my suitcase and even though he was obviously looking forward to receiving a tip couldn't force a...

I didn't really have a choice about staying at the Oumlil. Its every bit as bad as described. I try to look at it with some detachment - it could be worse. I base my review on the expectation that this is a business hotel in the nation's capital city, and about $100/night. No one speaks English at the reception...

“Well, I plan to ask for a room further from the kitchen, to avoid music and smells, also, not at the head of the stairs, near the elevator(!) We'll see if I am successful.”
