The hotel was lovely and clean as was our room it wasn't one of the largest we stayed but was OK. There seemed to be some confusion with our evening meals, but that was sorted out fairly quickly. Overall it was good.

Sounds like the perfect exemple of the worse service you can find !! It goes further what you can imagine ! Whole staff understands nothing about what you ask and don't care about it. Minibar in bedroom is completely empty and full of ice. Choice of channels is not too bad but signal is so bad you can barely see the...

It was my second stay in the hotel in the past one year. The services are still good but a few areas need to be reviewed. 1. The variety of food is very limited and tends to be monotonous for extended lodging. 2. My first time in the hotel they had coffee items in the rooms for guests who may...

Hotel Rabat has a 5 star rating, but I feel strongly that it has seen better days. The lobby services are very good, and the place has an air of luxury that befits its standard. Rooms are clean and suitably equipped, but some of the fittings are showing signs of age. Bathrooms, and specifically the showers, are problematic. My travel...

A very average hotel but well placed in the centre of Rabat. One of the problems is the noise from below travels up the Atrium and can be heard in rooms late at night. The overspill part of the restaurant is in the vast hall and when we visited it was quite cold in this area. Cleanliness and the food...

I stayed at this hotel, it is average in everything although it's overpriced and the service is not as expected. In addition, it is a little bit noisy as you can hear the lobby in your room, but still I don't mind to stay there again. I liked t's location, which is not far from Medina (Walking distance) it is...

The Hotel Rabat is a reasonable hotel in a good location. The interior has been nicely renovated and it is clean and tidy. The large atrium tended to amplify sound so you could hear notice from the lobby in our room sometimes. The rooms were comfortable and clean; although it was tough to get hot water out of the shower....

The Hotel Rabat is a lesson for the aging hotel. It has plenty of history, character and charm, but staff neglect contributes to a very annoying and somewhat frustrating experience. What do I mean? Poor Wi-Fi in the rooms, bathroom maintenance issues, unhelpful cleaning staff, questionable breakfast, dusty fake plants in the lobby, angry low-paid restaurant help....need I go on?...

The lobby staff and porters were friendly but their English was not terribly good. However, the beautiful Moroccan restaurant was closed and, when I asked if I could go in to take photos, the porter suddenly became very animated and, with a huge grin on his face, proudly ushered me into the room, switching on all the lights so that...

This is definitely NOT a 5-star hotel. the service is not good and no one understands a word of English in the reception. It was very hard to communicate with them. The hotel is musty and dark, the rooms are old and not maintained. the breakfast is just a mess, nothing is there, the food is bad, not enough coffee,...
