The best location and amazing interiors, with details to want to copy in your own home. Fireplace was on, inviting for a hot tea and a read, listening to jazz on antique radios. Best breakfast view in town as your eyes sweep across to Gibraltar. Generous breakfast and a fabulous, traditional Hammam. Farida was a gem as was her brother...

Room 8 at The Tangerina was amazing! Views of the Straits of Gibraltar, and the most stunning blue tiled bathroom. The bed was up on the loft, which might not be easy for some to get in and out of, but I loved it, as it has a window up on the loft that looks to the sea. I stayed...

We were pleasantly surprised with La Tangerina. We stayed in Room 7 twins with a sea view and loved it. Service is really top quality, they tried to help with everything from preparing a meal, to finding taxi's to helping us with our extra luggage (from buying so many treasures). The breakfast was a delight with wonderful bread, both french...

My husband and I stayed in Room 10 in early October and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional; the whole property, including our rooms, were charmingly decorated and spotlessly clean, the beds and bedding were comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious, and the views from the terrace were stunning. Farida, one the owners was exceptionally helpful...

Having walked past the door to La Tangerina on a prior visit to Morocco I vowed that I would return and stay there. This we did last weekend, and we were certainly not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and responsive, the rooms were very comfortable and clean with many nice touches. The overall facility was in keeping with Moroccan...

La Tangerina is simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I travelled with a friend and we stayed for a week in rooms #10 and #1. Both were charming, although it's worth paying the extra for #10. The service is actually better than the Four Seasons experience. Mohcine and Sarah were super helpful and accommodating in...

The details of the guestrooms as well as the common areas are quaintly decorated with old world charm. I was traveling solo, so I chose room #2, just a double bed with a chair, armoire and small bath for 51 Euros,, but I know they have larger suites with private balconies. All members of the staff were most accommodating. Unfortunately...

We were in Tangier to visit the International Jazz Festival in September and were fortunate to be recommended La Tangerina Riad - everything was perfect - the riad is very tastefully decorated and staff are very helpful and discrete. Breakfast on the rooftop is a "must do" in Tangier. The hammam and massages were so relaxing and just what you...

Room 5 on the first floor. Perfectly Oriental, great bathroom and rooftop breakfast overlooking the Atlantic and the Kasbah was ideal. Particularly liked the shower, the acoustics of which are reminiscent of a Hammam.

La Tangerina is located within the Old City in a building reportedly built in the 1820's . The inside if the hotel is quite attractive with a stair case that leads to the roof where upon arrival you can enjoy some Moroccan tea with some great views. This roof top terrace also serves as the breakfast area. The staff is...
