A decent triple room for a. One night stay in Tozeur before heading out. The food was hearty but basic in the morning and the evening Very confused by the name of the hotel. I booked at the Ras el Ain but could not find it - nor could any locals point us in the right direction. Eventually found but it’s big illuminated sign read Golden Yasmine

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel for a business trip and I was blown away by the exceptional service and amenities. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with comfortable bedding and a large window that provided a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries.

The room was big but not in a very good condition. Most of the surfaces were dirty or had stains. The service was not good. We asked for pool towels , they said at first that they were in the room. When we told me that they were not they just ignored us. We had already tipped them although we had carried our own luggage. Overall tbis is more like a 3* hotel but the staff is not professional enough.

The rooms were spacious with a balcony and living area. The food was good, not much desserts. The staff were nice and friendly. The pool area and pool was nice and clean. I would go back to this hôtel.

This hotel does look fine from the outside and does have a pool, although we did encounter issues. The rooms are large & comfortable. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here which was all buffet - the dinner was fine, lunch was also above average but the breakfast really was quite plain. We had to change rooms as we could hear from upstairs as we were on the ground floor. The 2nd room was only marginally better. One of the main bugbears I had, the telephone doesn't actually work so each time I had to walk back to reception which was a good 5-7 minutes. There was no hot water when I took a shower in the morning. Bonus is that there's a pool table in the lobby but I didn't go on it.

About the spa: Although I asked for a massage late in the evening, the massage therapist came from home just for me, very much appreciated! he was kind and made me feel comfortable despite the fact that I was feeling so sorry he had to go out with such cold! he warmed up the room and set up a relaxing environment (candles, lights, music) just for me, there was nobody else before or after me. Definitey suggesting the 60 minutes massage! Would have tried all the services if I had more time! Would re-do it! Also, very clean and it smelled so good! (Big thing for me ahah!)

A 4* hotel that doesn't even deserve to be a hotel. One of the worst experiences I had in a long time, the staff was unprofessional and had no idea how to treat a guest. We booked one week and we stayed 4 nights before running away. 4 nights in 3 different rooms. The first room we got looked completely abandoned. Nothing was working, the sink, the heating. We booked a tripel room, we got a double room with a sofa for three adult guests. We complained at the reception, but nothing changed. Dinner was average at best. Next morning they called me telling me that we needed to change rooms because of maintenance. So we carried our luggage down the stairs to the reception and we were told we would find them in our rooms. We came back in the afternoon and we had to carry our luggage to the new room. This one was much better, at least clean and heated, so we thought we could stay and enjoy our time. We stayed 2 nights, then they called me the next evening, again, telling me we needed to change rooms again, for whatever reason... We had no choice because it was already late and they would cut the water and heating if we didn't change rooms. Again we had to carry our luggage ourselves. No one even thought about giving us a hand. The next morning we took our stuff and left the hotel. They even refused to refund the remaining 3 nights.…

The hotel is really beautiful and well kept. The room was clean and tidy , The lobby had a nice seating area to go on wifi. It looked like the cave of a castle. The buffet was really good with a lot of choices. Overall everything was perfect for me 👌

This hotel is beautiful and so clean. The beds are comfortable as well. The staff is extremely friendly and the buffet is excellent. I enjoyed my time here so much. There are many activities and 2 pools. I am excited to come back and visit soon!
