Marvelous hospitality as ever and went out of their way to help rescue my suitcase from the airport when it lost itself en route - plenty of hotels would have dumped the problem right back on me! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Harare.

I stayed at Ballantynes Lodge for four nights. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were offered the services of a driver which was most appreciated. Our special dietary needs were also catered for and the chef is a craftsman. The room was large clean and beds comfortable. I would recommend the lodge to friends and...

I can't say enough nice things about Ballantynes. I stayed there for a week with my mother and 4 month old baby. We arrived late but the room had been set up beautifully with a crib and two rocking chairs. Our room was a built separate from the others so we didn't have to worry about the baby crying and...

Ballantynes Lodge is my favourite boutique lodge in Harare. I try to stay away from large hotels and I am so happy to have found Ballantynes Lodge.
