Situated in a quiet residential area, and opening in January 2022, Nkosi Is the newest addition to the Bayete Collection. Nkosi Guest Lodge has 24 rooms all in the superior category, 2 of which are wheelchair accessible. All rooms are equipped with a large en-suite bathroom, a spacious shower and a bath tub. The pool Is overlooked by the restaurant and executive bar where our top class chefs serve delicious food everyday. Nkosi Guest Lodge has been designed with a focus on providing guests with adequate space for socialising and relaxing whilst on holiday in Victoria Falls. All room rates include a Full English Breakfast, which is served in the dining area every morning

What an amazing place, spent 5 nights with large family group! Staff were incredible very friendly and professional and willing to help out and go the extra mile. Food was amazing and great portion sizes ! Rooms were roomy and very clean . Housekeepers came in every morning to clean and where very respectful of our personal belongings. It was wonderful to have mosquito/bug repellent spray and lotion available in every room. Toiletries and bath towels all great quality. The beds were very comfortable and luxurious including the single beds for kids. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning with fresh beach towels available by the pool side always. The food was excellent , breakfast was included which was a 2 course affair 😋, all staff were amazing. Special thanks to Chengetai, Solomon and Pride and the Chef whom we didn't get to meet unfortunately. Nkosi is a short distance to town and the falls . Security is on point and every room has a lockable safe . Hope to visit again one day.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a Superior room. In advance our expectations were high but the experience exceed our expectations.
Initial arrival experience from the duty manager was world class with a clear orientation to the property and answered all questions on transport etc.
Room was excellent and very comfortable indeed.
We had breakfast each morning and dinner on both nights. The food was very good, albeit with limited choice, but with a special each day. Service from Solomon, GuGu and Melody was also just so good; always anticipating your next request. Service exceeding anything that we get at home in the UK.
Easy to get into Victoria Falls town and the falls, with a $5 taxi each way
Do not stay in town and stay here in this lovely property

We had an outstanding 3 night stay at Nkosi Lodge. Centrally located, close enough to all the activities in Vic Falls, set amongst beautifull tranquil gardens where you can catch your breath. The rooms are comfortable with great attention to detail ie. plug points (USB, 3point & 2 point plugs) , lighting, ceiling fan and aircon, great WiFi & mosquito net that allows space to walk around bed. Spacious modern bathroom. The staff made our stay - they friendly, warm & can't do enough for you. We can't wait to visit you again.

The room (above bar) was not very large, but quite comfortable and a cozy bed. The bath was great with very good water pressure, which was very welcome after a week in solar powered lodges. Staff was very friendly and helpful with arranging for taxies.
What really sets this place apart was the restaurant. The food was truly high-end and bests most restaurants in our hometown in the USA. Both the meat and vegetarian options were outstanding as was the breakfast.

Quiet, comfortable place with friendly helpful staff! Since we were 3 adults in a room we made a few requests for extra chair, hangers etc and everything including an extra floor mat was provided! Though our Activities and Excursions had not been fixed by them they took pains to call up and help us when needed. Dinner was excellent! Special Mention - they have a tie up with a lady for massages and she was AMAZING. Hats off to her - she brings ALL her paraphinalia with her - sets up the massage table, foot exfoilater etc in the room AND gives you the best experience ever.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at the Victorian Manor. The manor is beautiful and the most unique place I have ever stayed. Perfect location just a short drive to town. It is newer though and some taxis are not familiar of the accommodation yet so write down the address just in case.
What makes the manor a five star stay is the staff. They are incredibly kind and attentive. I felt very welcome and taken care of.
Millicent, the chef, is talented and the quality of the food is great. The presentation of the food was phenomenal. We loved eating by the pool and enjoying the scenery.
Leroy & Zandile were the managers who helped us book a tour to Angel’s Pool, offer tips, order taxis, and made sure we had a great stay.
Doubt, the attendant, is always there with a smile and helping hand. He is so friendly and anticipates any needs.
The housekeeping staff and landscaping crew were also very friendly and on top of cleanliness and room comfort.
Highly recommend for your stay in Victoria Falls!

A pleasant small hotel, close to the falls by Taxi you can walk , if not too hot - Hotel was clean , kind staff . No tv or fridge in rooms , you could use the one in the bar but there is no aircon and not relaxing . Bottled water should also be provided in rooms , water is ok to drink but not recommended until you adjust - Good showers and pool area

As you mentioned we are within walking distance or a quick taxi ride to the Falls. Our friendly staff are always on hand to assist with transfer arrangements if need be. While we do not have fridges or tvs in our rooms, we do have one of each in the bar area that you are welcome to use throughout the day. As part of our efforts to reduce plastic use we do provide you with a flask of ice in your room that can be filled from the tap. Should you prefer bottled water our team are happy to provide it upon request. I stayed for two nights (check-in June 9, check-out 11) at the Nkosi Guest Lodge as the first leg of a trip to Zimbabwe/Botswana. I really liked the Lodge. Surrounded by a wall that prevents animals from entering, which roam freely on the streets of Victoria Falls at night, it has a very welcoming staff. The room is as described in the photos. Very clean, equipped with a safe, hairdryer, and heat pump. Very comfortable bed. In June it gets very cold at night, but thanks to the heat pump, you can prevent the room from getting too cold. The restaurant is next to the pool. The restaurant menu is à la carte. The quality of the food is excellent.

The guesthouse is located within the suburb about 2.5km from the town centre. The lodge is recently constructed to an extremely high standard. Rooms are spacious, modern and very comfortable. Food and hospitality is of a good quality and reasonably priced. Robyn and her team could not be more professional and accommodating if they tried. This guesthouse is a hidden gem and highly recommended.

"We traveled in slow the season. There were no crowds at the falls and other tours we took. Weather was perfect. For photos at the falls early morning hopefully cloud free"
