Seemingly untouched by events in Zimbabwe, this beautiful hotel is in a time warp of colonial elegance. The service is first class and dining in the grand dining room was memorable. We voted the crepes Suzette best ever. Longing to return for a longer stay.

I had stayed here in 2011, and returned in summer 2015. I was pleased to observe that some of the front desk staff were smiling this time (that aspect had definitely improved), but for the high price charged I feel some of the rooms could do with a refurbishment. The room I was allocated was very small so I requested...

We stayed at the Victoria Falls Hotel for 2 nights as part of our Ruby Wedding Anniversary Celebration. My wife and I agreed that it was probably the best hotel in which we have ever stayed. Absolutely EVERYTHING was superb - room, food, views of the Falls and service - most of all service. NOTHING was too much trouble for...

In addition to visiting Victoria Falls, I also wanted a quiet place where I could recover from jet lag. From your first introduction to the hotel, complete with fresh juice, a moist towel, and name recognition, this hotel is all about the experience! In addition to serving as a living musuem for the Fall's past visitors, the hotel is just...

This is a very grand hotel. The dining room is beautiful. The food excellent, fresh, top quality and well presented, the service very professional. You have go here if you are in the area. Have a G&T at least. It's fantastic. Don't miss out. This is a real colonial treat.

We stayed at the Victoria Falls Hotel for 2 nights in late July. The hotel is very nice and the staff was very attentive. We had dinner on the terrace and at Jungle Junction. Both were very good. The Jungle Junction has a buffet with every kind of food available from sushi to steak. The entertainment was fine. Our waitress,...

Whether for a cocktail or afternoon tea this is a great conclusion to a visit to the falls. You are made most welcome and the prices are very reasonable. $9 for a Livingstone or Stanley cocktail did the trick for us. A view of the bridge and lap up the atmosphere.

My wife and I enjoyed two nights stay in this outstanding classic hotel. This is not a modern hotel, but rather offers a colonial-feel with lots of old-style furniture and fittings. Staff are courteous and helpful. As you are greeted by "Dooley" in his pith helmet and escorted through the lobby and elegant sitting rooms out to the terrace you...
