I'd highly recommend a stay at KCC which seemed a safe place to stay in Bujumbura with very high standards. I had lovely clean rooms in both the main block and block 1, both with air conditioning, a shower and mosquito nets. The food was very good and the pool was a decent size. The staff were very attentive and welcoming.

KCC is such a wonderful place to stay. Lovely rooms, which are kept very clean. A great restaurant. The pool is fab and the gym well equipped. Amazingly attentive staff. And a peaceful and safe location in such a busy city. I’d recommend it to anyone coming to stay in Bujumbura.

KCC is a home from home, very warm, welcoming and comfortable. Rooms are clean and well laid out with large beds and a good air-conditioning system. I enjoyed swimming in the pool. Meals are generous and varied. Their cappuccino is the best!

My first time at Burundi was well complimented by the stay at the KCC hotel! The staffs are very friendly and are quick to help with luggages. Food was yummy and the service even better as they're always happy to serve with their big smiles. Room is always clean and hot shower guaranteed. I highly recommend KCC hotel for all traveling to Burundi!

AC didn't turn on in my first room, so they moved me. It sort of worked in the second room, but struggled to cool. A lot of noise at night. Bed was hard. Breakfast buffet was ok, with good selection. At checkout they triple charged me because they didn't know how to operate the card reader. Still waiting on a refund.

Hotel stay was ok but the property looks a lot nicer than it actually is. Over my 3 day stay water was inconsistent. First day was cold only, none at all on second day, then finally warm was available. The WiFi never worked in the room, but did occasionally in the lobby and restaurant. Room also had a lot of mosquitoes, probably because the balcony door had a large gap underneath to allow tor entry. Room did have a net. Restaurant food was adequate and cheap, but they don’t sell beer.

While you'll likely find that the accommodations exceed your expectations for a 3rd world country stay, I'm certain you'll find the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff to be among the highlights of your time here. The pool and exercise facilities are top notch and the restaurant will leave you satisfied with your meals without leaving the property. I'd definitely stay again should the opportunity to visit Bujumbura present itself again.

I was absolutely impressed by the quality of the hotel. I am traveling a lot and honestly, this hotel is outstanding. Staff members are super friendly and helpful, the whole place is spotlessly clean, and the food is delicious. They have a very modern gym and a lovely pool. I would come back anytime.

Incredible staff! This is indeed the best part of KCC. Very service oriented and willing to accommodate based on my requests. I love the facility and use the gym and swimming pool every time I am there. Food is great. Highly recommend the Americano coffee.
