I visited Djibouti between 26th - 29th November 2016 and stayed at this hotel. I have rated this hotel as 4* but travellers need to get the perspective that Djibouti lacks decent hotel facilities with only about 5 good hotels to choose from and therefore the pricing tends to be quite high for these few hotels. Specifically, I found this...

My wife, daughter and I stayed at Les Acacias Hotel for two nights in August 2016. Like almost everything in Djibouti, the room cost was high: 300USD per night. That being said, the room was well-appointed with tasteful furnishings. flat-screen TV and other features you would expect from a 4-star hotel. We also appreciated the varied, high quality breakfast, a...

It's a beautiful hotel in it's own sense. It's not a luxury hotel though. utilitarian. Good things - Location - Right across ocean, Great view from the open restaurant. Rooms - Spacious and clean Breakfast - sufficiently good Bad - Price - Not so value for money but it's Djibouti, you don't have many options. Limited food menu Bathroom -...

Bathrooms could benefit from an extra towel or two. Everything is very clean and the Internet is quite good. Best to pay in USD and not EUR as mgmt...

I dislike giving any establishment a one or two star rating and rarely do so on my reviews, but Acacias Hotel only gets this low rating from us with hope that they will change a few small things to make their property a better place to stay. First, beware of the booking system if you have an extra guest! My...

The hotel does not have basic facilities for the customers, serviettes are changed once every two days having only one serviette in the bathroom, breakfast is not only basic but what they offer is not enough for all the clients in the hotel, bedsheets are replaced every three days in the extremely hot city of Djibouti, the personnel is not...
