I stayed here for 2 nights while I was transiting through Addis. Very average hotel. Rooms were almost clean but really really tiny. Staff was a little clueless but more or less ok - definitely courteous. Internet worked really well though. The restaurant was very ill equipped to deal with any request other than tea and that too was unavailable...

Do not venturing I am surprised this category is worth half a star Shuffle, fraud and theft of money and try to exploitation and manipulation of invoices when i make check-out before my trip the owner of the hotel did not allow me to leave the hotel until pay extra $ 40 per day they told me change to another...

Hotel full of cockroaches, plastic doors, water leakage in the toilet, missing false ceilings in the toilet, closets do not close properly, linen of the bed not ironed, bad smell.... Couldnt sleep over and i had to leave immediately....

I have never written a review on here but was shocked by the high rating this 'hotel' got so felt i needed to give a true account! I also was forced to spend a night here - again put in it by Ethiopian Airlines - i was returning from charity work in Mozambique and this was by far the worst...

i spent a forced night there and i will never forget my experience. I was first in one room and toilet floor was filled with water.I was put in another room,the sheets were full of blood spots. I complained and was put in one room which quite dark.the hot water shower took almost 20 minutes to work.I slept all nite...

I spent a forced overnight here at this hotel located quite close to Bole Airport. The room I had was 101 located adjacent to the kitchen. I checked in at midnight and needed a 530 wakeup. Due to the noise from people downstairs it was hard to get to sleep. Also the wakeup call never came. The room was small...

I hate this hotel I stay for 15 days but the management was not good for the customers she is Rude, selfish, and she don't have respect for employees and I tell for traveler to choose another hotel because she don't have any idea about hotel she have only money. .

I stayed in this hotel. Overall it's a decent place and conveniently located to the airport. Rooms are clean and well maintained. But I don't think I could ever stay there again. When I went to check out in the morning, their credit card machine was down and suddenly this became my problem. The manager could not be bothered to...
