We went there for a visit. We were not aware we had to pay $90 to use the pool. The staff member Desmond who is apparently the supervisor at the restaurant pool was so rude. Customer service if that what he calls it is shocking. All he had to do was explain. He was shouting in my face in a aggressive manor. When I asked for the bill he walked away and refuse to speak to me. I had to speak to another manager who was willing to listen. Ghanaian staff need to remember yes bills that are not paid come out of their wages however the way you speak to customers you will never have anyone in this establishment if Desmond is still working there.

Food was awful swordfish with mashed potatoes had a gooey texture… wasn’t good at all…. French fries were hard and the cheese burger was actually meat loaf. In the other hand the Alfredo pasta was good…. Drinks was delicious…. But the food is a 2.5!!

I spent a few days at this hidden gem in Osu and so glad I did. Perfect boutique hotel in a convenient location. Myself and a few of my friends stayed at the property and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you can, book the Executive Suite as it large and perfect. Upon arrival the staff is friendly, Gloria who checked me in was friendly and polite. A few nights we gathered around the pool and had such a relaxing time. The on property restaurant had a rather good menu with some goof food. Chef George, along with the staff of Stephen and Emilia were simply fantastic. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again.

Great atmoshpere. Went there for diner and everything was perfect. From the service to the meal (Salmon recommended). The setting is very quiet and peaceful, far from the hustles of Accra. Would definitely go back!

The Villa Boutique Hotel is how you say warmly 'Welcome to Ghana!' As you enter the lobby you are greeted by an amicable, courteous staff member. There is a plethora of thoughtfully placed local Ghanaian art and sculptures, and a distinct pleasant aroma that draws you in. I love the warm colour palette used throughout and the soothing lighting. In a word, AMBIANCE! This place is enchanting! From the ample size of the beautifully adorned, comfortable, well-appointed rooms to the charming balconies, tropical gardens and restaurant, everything a guest would need is well considered. The staff members were kind and accommodating, all offered stellar service! I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it!
