This hotel is a gem in Osu, it feels like an oasis literally. The grounds are well manicured and inviting, the decor is green, lush and inviting. The rooms are eclectic with personal African touches. The food was phenomenal offering a mix of some Ghanian dishes and intercontinental foods. However, what made me fall in love with this resort was the attention to details that the staff showed us, Daniel our driver, took us back to the airport twice due to our luggage being lost. The ladies at the front, Tracy, Gloria, Deborah and Philomena was welcoming, friendly, understanding and assisted us with helpful knowledge with getting around Osu. I would absolutely recommend everyone to stay at this boutique hotel, if you are looking for intimate touches with attention to details then this is the place for you, right in the heart of the city, accessible to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and nightlife.…

Beautiful and serene. Love the artwork and gardens. Professional and kind staff. Very lovely, clean and beautiful rooms. I felt I could really relax and rest here. It’s a real haven in the midst of busy Accra, The restaurant was also good with a good selection of food. My only suggestion is to add a couple more local dishes for my Ghanaian husband to enjoy when we return, which we definitely will.

Had a lovely stay here. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff the whole time l was there. Very comfortable room with lovely shower. Loved the pool area and sitting enjoying a beer in the evening by lantern light. Lots of trees in the garden making it feel like an oasis in the middle of the city. Definitely recommend!

La Villa Boutique is a friendly, comfortable hotel that is an oasis in the centre of Accra. My room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. I particularly loved the swimming pool and the friendly staff, including Alfreda who served me breakfast each day. I would definitely go back.

Fabulous, friendly hotel with beautiful African decor pieces and wonderful staff. The location is very convenient for the busy Osu area, and it is very quiet there considering the proximity to town. The breakfast is great, the dinner menu is good too. There's a tiny gym that is great for a quick energy-boosting workout and a small pool for cooling off. We loved it and would return anytime we are in the city.

The lovely female receptionist who checked us in was incredibly polite and professional. While the hotel room itself was decent, unfortunately, the bathroom desperately needs some renovation as it was quite unclean and there was some mold present. On a separate note, I have to mention a rather unpleasant encounter with the supervisor at the restaurant pool. He seemed to be having a bad day and ended up asking us for proof that we were guests at the hotel. It was a bit frustrating as my husband was sleeping in our room, so I didn't have my hotel card with me. After explaining the situation, he insisted that we leave the pool and go to reception to verify our status as guests. Needless to say, this encounter left a sour taste in our mouths and we were disappointed by the lack of professionalism in this particular instance. I will say, however, that the staff at the reception swiftly verified that we were indeed guests, but unfortunately, this one experience managed to overshadow our entire stay. Aside from this incident, the rest of the staff were perfectly fine, although I do believe that there is a need to provide additional customer service training to the restaurant staff.
