Generally a good accommodation, I enjoyed my stay. It was serene and security was also commendable. I was able to reach my destinations in good time due to proximity to the city center. The beds were neatly made and the overall service was impeccable from the staff to the guests.

Agoo Hostel provides an utterly delightful, comfortable, and welcoming environment for a stay in Accra, and as a perfect base for travel in Ghana. I particularly loved the care and creativity evident in the ways the owner, Helen, has decorated the interior: bright and bold

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your very generous review. Our staff clearly played an enormous part in your enjoying your visit and we have shared your review with them at our recent team meeting. We can appreciate that a communal dining table can be more daunting for some people than others, but we do our best to introduce our guests to each other if they want it and it is extraordinary to see how rewarding connections are made among the people staying here. Thanks again for sharing your impressions of your stay and come back. You're always welcome.

It is a nice and relaxing place. Bear in mind that it is a hostel, where can be pretty loud in the evenings but luckily they switch off music at 11 p.m., which is not always the case in another hostels. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wi fi signal is always strong! It can be

Hi there and thanks for your interest. In general hostels are good places to meet people and Agoo is no exception. We are centrally situated and it's easy to get anywhere in the city from us - all of the places you have mentioned. The kitchen is communal, so you can cook food that you buy. Breakfast is included in the price of staying with us. The fridge is also available to everyone for free. We don't have a pool. Let me know if you have any more questions. Helen

Hello, Yumasasak, I recall that you can access the wi-fi internet from anywhere in the building, including in the dormitory rooms. Most people seem to use the internet at the communal table on the ground floor or on the sofas nearby. The speed was fine. Being in Accra I think that there were slightly slower times when everyone seemingly was using it, but it was not a problem or annoyance regarding emails and surfing. I have no idea about the speed. It's adequate, but I don't suggest you measure it against what you have at home. As for 24/7, I think it was turned off at night and turned on very early in the morning. I do recommend the guest house. t's very clean and the Manager s very kind and friendly. I shall try to stay there again when I go back to Accra later this year some time. I like the friendliness of the place. Hotels are not quite the same. I hope that you enjoy your stay!, and I wish you good health, happiness, and an abundance of blessings! My warmest regards, Peter

"Nothing wrong with the rooms all it could of done with was a litter bin. Part from that 10 out of 10"
"All rooms are pretty good. I slept downstairs near the main office/breakfast area which is the loudest room, but it wasn't a problem."
"I stayed in the 6 bed female dormitory at full capacity it can be a bit limiting - room mates properties all over the place and noise from early morning and late night movements "
