The hotel was average but we enjoyed our stay. As other reviews indicate the hotel is a bit dated. It had 24 hour security, easy access to airport, a pool and outdoor bar. No amenities what so ever. We asked for a wake up call that never came. The breakfast and dinner was good. The jalof rice was the best... More

I stayed here for a meeting in June 2016 and was quite disappointed. The area is nice and quiet but the hotel is old and needs renovation. It was exactly the same from the time I stayed in 2010! Wifi is poor and not stable. Food is the same and average quality. Staff are slow to respond. It's an average... More

Checked into this hotel for 2 nights. 1. Location – It’s near the airport so if you flying for a 1 night lay over and fly out this would be a plus point. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The down side was it’s out of nowhere and it creates an inconvenient if you wish to kill some time. 2.... More

I stayed there for two nights on business and could not have stayed for an extra night. On the positive side, the dinner food at the restaurant is good (but they only have two options - a fish and a chicken dish), the conference facilities are very decent, aircon works fine and wifi works well if you're near a router... I have stayed at the Milkin Hotel since 2010 and it is by far the best place I've stayed in Ghana. Affordable, friendly and with great service, it is also aesthetically pleasing. The pool is great and the staff is excellent. Rooms are nicely decorated and always clean and refreshed. There are various sizes and kinds of rooms from suites... More

The Miklin Hotel's boast is "A real welcome away from Home". After staying there on eight different occasions over the past six years I can confirm that this is exactly what you get. I was there most recently in March 2015 and I was greeted by staff who appeared genuinely pleased to see me. Even though it was over six... More

Exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food in the dining room and bar. Rooms were clean and cool. Television reception was limited as in most hotels in the region. Our room was spacious. We used the laundry cleaning service and it was excellent. The manager, was more than accomodating with our requests. A pleasant stay indeed.

I booked this hotel for a two and half week conference for 32 Ghanaian participants. I live in work in Accra Ghana and we had a choice of places to hold this event. The conference was held from June 4th through June 19th. Only 24 participants could stat at the hotel even though we had booked the hotel two months... More

postive: clean room, decent restaurant negative: surly reception staff (more interested in being on Facebook than assisting), poor water pressure in shower, which has a hand held head with nowhere to hang it, loud squeeking plumbing, can't get internet on personal computer (have to use theirs), on Friday night a loud party with people running in the halls and yelling...
