Nice place and friendly service. The location was convenient and allowed easy access to many locations. Few minutes to town centre. Enjoyed my stay. I would recommend the hotel to many people who are looking a place for short stay.

This hotel is a great three star experience with friendly staff and a good restaurant. 6th floor room 622 had an excellent view and I just had earplugs for the inevitable noise of dogs, traffic etc, although it was relatively mild. The spa next door gave a well priced and good massage in a clean clinical style setting. I'd stay... More

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel unless they could guarantee a room at the back. It faces onto a main road - the noise was terrible and hardly lessened all night. The room was very hot, it was much too noisy to have the windows open and they couldn't find the (only!) fan. There was a balcony with a... More

Stayed here for a few days and was really impressed with the value for money. Room was recently renovated with great district views. Staff throughout were lovely and always ready to help. Rooms were clean, restaurant ok although there is a great italian restaurant next door. About a 10 minute drive to the memorial, lots of shops for snacks and... More

This was my first time in this hotel. It has a nice size room, and a good bathroom, my room even had a small balcony, although looking at the main road which could be too noisy to sit outside, but still an option. The room is proper and comfortable. The wifi functions pretty well. The reception staff is generally helpful.... More

Spent a night at the hotel, atmosphere was nice, place is clean, i enjoyed my stay. Had a nice dinner, fish fillet with mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes with veg. Breakfast was good as well. Staff were helpful. I would recommend, however, you ask for the rear rooms to avoid sound of passing traffic as the front rooms are facing the... More

Could do with a refurb.. But fine. Quiet. Enjoyed a tasty chicken dinner, and the breakfast buffet is very good with fresh mangoes etc, fresh passion fruit juice, made to order omelette, cheese, ham, croissants etc, oh and very good plantains.

The staff at Beausejour were fantastic and all very friendly. Hotel is everything you need for a comfortable stay in Kigali - clean, well equipped and with good views (chose a room at the back). Free transfers to/from the hotel, and is reasonably priced for the standard in the Kigali hotel market. Great location with easy access to Amahoro stadium,... More

The rooms are nice, large with everything you need, although the fridge was not working. It's very clean and warm water was always available with sufficient pressure. The bed has a good size and a very much needed mosquito net. I stayed 2 weeks and when I had a problem (one time the door lock and once the light in... More

I travelled to Kigali for my first time for business without knowing anyone but Beausejour staff who are very helpful picked me up from the airport. My one week stay was in Kigali was just terrific. The view from the Hotel room is just marvelous in a quiet neighborhood.
