We were booked in for 4 nights but after the first night we went looking for another hotel. We had to ask the staff 3 times in a 24hour period to fix the water BUT it only worked for a very short time . The toilet lid just sat on the seat , what's with that! The staff weren't that...

Hostel situated in the city centre of kigali. A bit noisy. We paid 33 000 rwandan francs a night for a double room. We had hot shower and it was clean. The breakfast was fine too. Well, it is not the best and most beautiful place to stay in Kigali but it does the job if you can't spend too...

Friendly people, clean rooms. We did get another room immediatly after the hotwatertap couldn't close. We could also use a room to change clothes after being caught by the rain, just before leaving for the airport. I would stay there again. Only the first night we did not sleep to well because of the hard matras, but after that, all...

Stayed here in August 2015 and I have to agree with some of the reviews below: Very noisy! (I stayed on a first floor room facing the road). It didn't bother me too much because I needed to be up early and went to bed late. But it you can't shut it out. It will sound like the window is...

Decent value for money at this budget hotel. Pros: -Location: right in the heart of town - Wifi: quite strong - Staff: helpful in organizing transport etc. -Restaurant on site Cons: Hot water: didn't start working till around 10pm and none in the mornings. No Breakfast Noise- from the street and walls are thin Overall, I would stay here again...

It's a very friendly hotel. We arrived in Kigali and arranged with the hotel they would organise a pick up at the airport. They arranged that for 10 dollars. Even though our plane was delayed over 2 hours, he pick up was still there. Rooms are clean and with some luck you'll have hot water (allthough the pressure is sometimes...

- very unfriendly staff, not willing to help. When I left I even found out that I payed to much for my room and they didn't let me know. Not really fair. - water pressure is that low that you cannot wash your hair. - no wifi in the rooms - not a place to chill out

Hotel Isimbi is a fine hotel. I stayed here one week together with a friend, and we had a great stay. It's close to the city centre, it's clean and it has a polite and helpful staff. My only complaint is that it was quite noisy at night time, caused by the bar right across the street. If you want...

Isimbi is a good hotel. It's central, clean, cheap and welcoming. I don't have any qualms about recommending this place. The restaurant is pretty good and the brouchettes are pretty good. Next time I'm in Kigali, I know where to stay.

Hotel Isimbi is a great hotel for location. It's an easy walk to everywhere in the centre, and the RDB Tourist Office to pick up gorilla permits is only 5 mins walk away. Close to Union Trade Centre and a number of cafes and restaurants. The downside is that the rooms facing the street are VERY noisy- it sounds like...
