The hotel is located in a pretty good area, could be a good opportunity if they increase the service and cleanliness level. The Hotel room was below average, with mosquitoes all over the place at night. Bed Sheets and the Bathroom needs to be looked and worked on.

After a few extra hours in the airport and no baggage it was wonderful that the hotel answered our calls and sent the driver back to collect us. The room was fairly basic however covered all our essential needs. Our room was just off the reception area so was a little noisy but perfect for when our luggage finally arrived...

The buildings look attractive and well-maintained in a peaceful suburban setting, but when I checked in they did not have the type of room that I booked available and wanted my to share a room with my colleague who was supposed to have a separate room as well. Amateur. The room I got was just the bare basics with nothing...

I am sorry for some bad experiences for others. Mine, on staying maybe 4-5 times in year, was quite good. Very affordable by expat standards, clean, decent restaurant (although the comment that the breakfast is not outstanding is true). Staff that cares and aims to please, and remembers you, which I find charming. The AC is good, the internet can...

Stayed here for 4 nights while investigating alternative solutions to the orphan challenges in Uganda. Simple, well furnished comfortable rooms with good hot water and air conditioning. The included breakfast was the same each day and included coffee, tea, juices fruit bread and made to order eggs.

Stayed here for one night, always my place to go to for affordable accomodation in Kampala at just about 60USD. Clean rooms, wifi available, A/C working, neat bathrooms and great friendly staff. There's need to improve on the food variety though - breakfast was blunt and boring.

The hotel accommodation is really nice. We had booked a double room and were pleasantly surprised to find not just 1 room but 2 linked rooms, each with a double poster bed and balcony, and some other furniture including a sofa or desk. There was also a TV and mini-fridge, but we didn't use those, and a nice en-suite. HOWEVER...
