We stayed here two nights. The hotel is centrally located. Some attractions like are close to this place. Various shops are around which made it really easy for an evening stroll. The rooms were nice. Amenities were just like what you would get in 3* hotels in Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok. Staffs were very polite. In fact Bhutanese people are...

We stayed for three nights at this centrally located hotel. Our room was a good size with a king bed, ensuite, desk, wardrobe and heater. Large opening windows looked out onto the town. The shower was over the bath with a plastic shower curtain which I don't like at all, but the towels were big, white and fluffy, toiletries were...

Hotel is located in a great spot in the centre of Thimphu. Rooms are quite basis but spotlessly clean. What lets it down is very worn carpets on the staircase and very ordinary food in the restaurant. Staff were very helpful.

Hotel has an excellent location in central Thimphu. Rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. We had two rooms for the five of us. Bathrooms and corridors are in need of an update. Thimphu seems to have a problem with dogs barking at night so if you are a light sleeper it would be worth bringing some ear plugs. Staff...

The suite room is very clean and nice. There isn't much noise at night. The food in the restaurant is good too. The location is at the center area in the city and shopping and grocery is easily accessible. Have stayed here for 5 days.

The hotel situates in the middle of Thimphu - so it's easy to have a walk around the main streets. The inside looked little bit old but the condition is acceptable, The design of the shower/toilet is not ideal - the toilet+ shower was flooding after I had a shower - Well, but its Bhutan. The bed is hard. Breakfast...

Visited on an official trip. The hotel staff are courteous and helping. Rooms are spacious. SPA is great . Food is OK but you can eat food from nearby restaurants. Showed is great . only issue is dogs barking outside at night.

Dogs barking at night will keep you awake - so bring ear plugs. The service in the restaurant is sluggish and indifferent. The food is less than passable. The location is good if you fancy staying near shops - in Bhutan it may be better to get a place that has views.
