Our tour organiser selected this hotel for our first two nights in Bhutan. For those who want to be in the downtown area of Thimpu, this hotel is a distance from that area so keep that in mind. We had room number 8 in the back building and they are continuing to expand this location with additional rooms being constructed.... More

Stayed here for 4 days in January and was very satisfied with everything the hotel has to offer. Very spacious rooms, great views overlooking the mountains and the Thimpu valley, excellent local food. The staff was always helpful and made our stay even more special. Heating up the room in winter can be bit of a challenge, but the staff... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in August 2013. The location is beautiful as it is quite far from Thimpu. We could only hear occasional dog bark. The food they served was great. The room we stayed in were in level 3 and it had a nice view of the adjacent valley. The bedding and the bathroom was great. The... More

The best part of this place is that the hotel is located far from the crowded area but barely being 10min far from the city center so while being accessible to the city, it is also distant enough to give you a peaceful stay experience. The hotel is located on a hill and has amazing view. Room was fabulous with... More

Stayed for a holiday with my family with small kids in Oct 2013. This has been one of the most beautiful experiences any any hotels. On entering the hotel I knew we are already in a country with highest Gross National Happiness. The location is beautiful if you are looking for a place slightly away from the city and yet... More

This place completely exceeded our expectations and I'd recommend it without hesitation. Located just before the city gate, about a 10 minute drive from the center of Thimpuh, the hotel is set on a hill overlooking the valley. Our room, #7 on the 3rd floor, was enormous and very well lit. It had a comfortable king size bed with soft... More

This is a very good hotel but you can still categorize this hotel into a budget hotel as per their pricing. The good thing about this hotel is that it is very centrally located. After your work you can stroll the Thimphu main street up and down in the evening till the shops and restaurants close. You can opt to.... More

the hotel is simple but clean and very nice. We stayed for two nights in the suite that has living room and spacious bathroom. Despite the cold weather outside, the room was so warm and cozy. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. If I go back to Thimphu, i will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was disappointing. Rooms are characterless and lacking in amenities - no cupboard or wardrobe, no handtowels, no shower curtain. We asked for dinner at 7.30pm but at 7pm were phoned in our room and asked to come down to eat. Nevertheless we had a drink before dinner and saw another group also being harrassed to eat. When we... Amazing property, nicely & newly build with bhutanese architecture. Suite rooms are very spacious . Comfortable beds to sleep. Nice view from rooms. Food was excellent ,service was exceptional. Owner of resort took us for nice trek to monastery. We had a wonderful stay in this resort. Would recommend ,if somebody wants to stay away from town.
