The hotel is located away from the Kathmandu crowd. Just touch the hill base, one find living in clean air surrounded by mountains. The cottages are good but not well equipped. The staff is extremely friendly and are always there to assist. It has internet access, nice swimming poor and well planted lawns

Although located in busy Kathmandu, the Park Village Resort is a tucked away below the Shivapuri hills with a nice view of the surrounding greenery. We stayed for a night, and the three bed-roomed apartment suited our large group. It was quite comfortable but had not been cleaned out very well, although we had booked the rooms in advance. Except...

Excellent service. Had a welcome fruit drink at the lobby during check in. Room was clean. Had bottled water and a fruit basket. Nice big comfortable bed. Flowers also for our anniversary! They also made a delicious cake for our anniversary. Location is good-away from downtown air pollution. Amit, in the restaurant, was very attentive and helpful.

A resort very close to city and yet peaceful and gives the feel of staying in a forest. The property is well spread and nicely maintained. There is a nice little pool (but couldn't use it). Hindi and English are spoken comfortably at reception. Only minus was the quality of the food - which was boring. Would like to come...

Perfectly nice hotel. The rooms we stayed were comfortable with air con and a nice bathroom. The pool is nice and fairly large. Downside for me was the food. Very disappointing and some staff quite abrupt as per previous reviews. It is also on the high side price wise. Better to drop in and get a rate in person unless...

I was here during a particularly dusty, dry period, and it was a relief to be able to find a place with a bit of greenery. The property is pretty big, and it's nice to walking along the paths. Ask to see different kinds of rooms if you are not sure, they have some newer and some a little older....
