We spend 2 and half hours as part of day trip at this Resort> The mud hot springs, fish nibbling pool and hot pools were great. We were there about 9:30 and it was empty and we had the pools to ourselves for nearly the whole time. Totally relaxing and our 7 year old son really enjoyed the pond with... More

Clean well valued hotel including an ok breakfast! Outdoor spa with multiple hot and cold pools, several herbal, one with mud, mud, mud and one with fish nibbling dead skin from your feet. Clean facilities! Shower caps and towels provided.

I stayed in this hotel for a night enjoying the famous mud hot spring. I booked a package with a travel agent that included dinner and breakfast. The hotel looks good, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. And the hotel as a whole gave me an impression of reasonable upkeeping and maintenance though it is quite aged property. The... Try not to stay here if you can. Rooms were dingy and breakfast was pathetic. Spa facilities were ok. Most things were self service - including luggage and seating at breakfast. Location is ok and just opposite is a good claypot roast chicken restaurant.

It's a dated hotel but the area is an excellent choice for hotspring lovers. Location is not convenient so I would recommend driving to the hotel. Do remember to bring your swimwear for the hotspring outdoor areas and cap are provided for your enjoyment. There is not much to raved bout the hotel room, let alone the breakfast. Personally I... This hotel has one of the best few hotsping facility in Taiwan. With more than 6 pools, trees around, quiet place the hotspring include a mud pool which deserve a detour. The hotel also has good food but for me the best value is the hotspring

This Spa was one of the highlights of our trip. We took a taxi from the Chiayi HSR station at a cost of $30 USD. The room was very spacious and had a relaxing feel. The view from our window was mountains. We had a bathtub shower combo, inroom safe, free 2 bottles of water, mini-refrigerator, in-room a/c. Free good... More

Not easily accessible hence would recommend to get local tour guide for convenience. Hotel is fairly good but slightly run down nonetheless provides quite extensive amenities. The big highlight is the various hot spring pools available within the compound. It has a normal huge swimming pool, a naked hot spring pool for ladies, normal hot spring pool, cold spring pool,... Hotel was tricky to look for even with the GPS. We got there late in the evening & it was dark, we had to take a shortcut which was a narrow steep side road up to where the hotel is. Hotel is not brand new, in fact, a little dated. Rooms were ok, we had 2 queen beds in our... More

Large hotel with large empty public spaces. We enjoyed the pools, though they seemed to close the big swimming pool much of the time because there is nobody on duty ( as near as I could gather) We needed to purchase caps to wear - - and needed them everywhere in Taiwan, but once we got the rules sussed a...
