The room is comfortable and spacious, especially we have a 2 beds room. The staff is nice and helpful. The only problem is that the hotel is not near the MRT station as it is situated between 2 MRT stations. As long as you take taxi, it is not a problem, which taxi fee in Taiwan is rather cheap.

Hotel is clean and good if you are planning short stay for visit to Taipei. Would be excellent with addition of simple breakfast. Just bread with butter & jams (with a toaster for toasting). Staff are helpful! Overall, happy to stay in this hotel. Thank you.

This is a great hotel for a few days exploring Taipei. It is located less than five minutes walk from Taipei Central Station and there are some good places to eat and buy Taiwanese local snack foods nearby. The hotel is reasonably comfortable and well priced for a city break and the breakfast is provided at a café around the...

I found the room very neat and OK size. Staff at front desk happy to help and good English skills. Free coffee whenever you want. Secure. And most of all a great location. Easy walking to central area and walking distance to ximen area. Hotels are expensive. Why pay more.

reception service is extremely poor. Room condition is acceptable though. Not recommended to first time visitors to Taipei if you need any basic local info (eg local map or airport bus ...)as the receptionist would either tell you to find it by yourself or give you false info.

This hotel was recommended to me and I'm glad I listened to their advice. The hotel is in a convenient location, walking distance to the Taipei Main MRT, stores, restaurants, and the Ximen District. The room was clean and cozy for two.

Excellent location and friendly staff. They helped translate and write directions for my cab ride. Appreciate the pink toothbrush, all day tea/coffee and plush pillows. Sadly, room next door was a smoker. Try the spicy pork bun on the corner of Kaifong and Chongquing, pasta at Yentl and the vegetarian food across the temple. Lychee is in season so buy...

This is a very "cold" hotel, it was a great disappointment because we heard all about Taiwan's hospitality before our arrival. Since this is our first stay in Taiwan, it is dissapointing. The lobby is on the 2nd floor and breakfast is serve at "Dante Coffee", a 100m walk down the road. So as a hotel guest, you literally see...

The hotel is in a neighborhood very close to the Taipei train station and also the Ximending area. There is a convenience store right below the hotel so it's really convenient. A door card is needed to enter the building so it makes me felt safer too. The rooms are cosy, spacious and clean. Only one thing bad about my...
