Pathetic food & language problem is also one of the issues if you are indian or Asian. It is very far from the main city centre area. Wifi doesn't...

First of all this hotel is pretty far from the main sukhumvit area. Plus it has a terrible staff. The food sucked and the chicken didn't seem like chicken. Too many rules and security deposits at the reception, as if we were inmates not guests. It has two buildings, we stayed at the old one which was pretty bad. The...

Rooms are horrible in old wing. Reception laday is very rude and arrogant.. she treats guest like they are doing charity for guest. I request to management to remove her immidiately from job ( middle aged Lady in her 40') as she is killing the reputation of the hotel . I have read same bad revies of bad reception behaviour....
